Reading, painting my nails and embroidery! I love embroidering swear words in beautiful colours and patterns – it’s very therapeutic!
Reading, and I love crafting with my cricket. Sorry, family.
My hobbies are reading and crocheting. Naps are up there, too.
My hobbies 1) reading; 2) knitting, 3) organic but container gardening;4) Bibe Journaling. I want to win this so much.
My favorite pastime is reading, but I go in and out of knitting, too. I love the colors in these skeins.
I’m an excellent embroiderer, an above average quilter, a middle of the road beader, and now that we have an actual yarn shop two miles from house, I aspire to be a much, much better knitter.
I’m a bit of a serial dabbler when it comes to crafty things/hobbies. Right now I’d say makeup and reading are in the top two
Reading, scrapbooking and crochet are my favorites
Knitting and reading. I’m kind of dying to get my hands on that wool…
I love to knit, cook, embroider, and, of course, read.
I love listening to audiobooks while knitting!
Knitting as I can do it while listening to the radio or podcasts, while watching TV and even while talking to people and I end up with something useful as well as beautiful.
I’m 73 and since I was 6 I have been doing fiber art; crochet, knitting, embroidery, needlepoint, art quilting, and wearable art. In addition I make Judaica ritual items. I do this all as my obsession believing that I have to do the work or I’d go crazy; if I get exhibited that’s gravy; if I get awarded that’s caviar.
Happy Chanukah! My favorite craft is knitting, although lately I haven’t been able to do nearly as much of it as I’d like.
I love cooking, baking, and reading.
I’m trying to teach myself how to knit. It’s hard. But not giving up! ❤️
Knitting and reading!
Reading and knitting. Usually together. And, usually, while watching TV. I’ve done all 3 together since I was about 5 😉
Knitting actually. But sometimes that’s frustrating because it’s difficult to read at the same time..

My favourite craft is knitting – I’m about to start a t-rex project and my husband is going to help me knit in some LED lights! It will be amazing!
It’s hard to pick a favorite! Crocheting, sewing, refinishing bookcases, and I’ve recently started painting again. And reading, of course. Thanks to SBTB my tbr list is a mile long.
It’s all about listening to audiobooks, knitting, sewing, and dreaming up new projects.
Favourite hobby is obviously reading, with knitting in second place and cooking/baking in third (the latter two options can easily be combined with reading thanks to audiobooks).
My favorite activity is reading. I also bake for fun and stress release but I’d like to learn to knit better.
Knitting (usually lace, shawls, or both) while drinking a mug of hot tea!
Reading, knitting, cooking. Al things where mistakes are low-impact and you can just try again.
Well, there’s reading, and knitting; and reading while knitting. Then there’s cooking/baking, and reading cookbooks. And audiobook consumption throughout.
So many books, so little time!
video games, actually. I love reading and knitting but sometimes just killing something on a screen is what I need.
I knit and read and stare at my fountain pens while considering writing something.
I love knitting and listening to audiobooks while knitting. I also love reading. Those two things help me keep going.
Reading, cooking, working out, and cross stitching
Stitching with fibers is my favorite activity to do while watching my Chanukah candles burn. Reading is my truly favorite hobby.
Love to enjoy books and yarn any robe of the year but most especially now.
I love knitting, reading, and writing fanfic.
Reading….and making glass beads. And knitting!
Elyse , you resurrected my love of knitting. Hadn’t done anything for years, Thank you!!
Reading is my first love, but knitting has developed into a close second—and in some cases, equal—amour. (I’m also sort of flirting with the possibilities of crochet and embroidery… What can I say, I’m naturally polycraftual!)
And let’s not forget the delightful affairs I am carrying on with knitting podcasts, both audio and video…
Reading, knitting, reading, casual gaming, and reading! And occasional gluten-free baking.
I like so many things, but with my current chronic illnesses I’ve had to stick to knitting and crocheting. I’ve really wanted upgrade my yarn and do something amazing but I haven’t been able to afford it!
