Sit, Stay, Love by Debbie Burns is $1.99! This is the second book in the Rescue Me series and the first book is currently FREE! I will warn that the dogs in the book were rescued from a fighting ring. I’m not sure how descriptive that abuse is. However, readers say that Burns really has done the research when writing about dog rehabilitation. Also, I really want the sweater dress that’s on the cover.

Just so no one misses it, eagle-eyed @Sandra noted near the end of yesterday’s sale post thread that IRON AND MAGIC by Ilona Andrews is currently on sale at Amazon (US) for $2.99.
I stand by every bit of squeeing and disclaiming I did yesterday, and I will further add Ilona Andrews’ own words about the book: “…IRON AND MAGIC, because if someone dares us to take the most irredeemable jackass in a ten years series and make him into a hero, we don’t say no. We say, ‘Hold my beer.'”
While we’re talking about Ilona Andrews (weren’t we talking about her?), Magic Triumphs, the last book in the Kate Daniels series, is on sale for $1.99 at Amazon (US). If you haven’t read the series, don’t start with this last book, but for those following along, it’s great finish. Also, Hugh makes an appearance! (It’s set after Iron and Magic, which makes for a fun timeline.) I already own it in digital and audio, or I’d have snapped it up. I’m a bit of an Andrews fan.
