Giveaway: Withings Move Trackers and a Steel HR!

Time for a fun, zippy giveaway!

This week, we’ll be running a giveaway for three (3) Withings watches! If you didn’t get lucky in any of our past Withings giveaways, perhaps you’ll win this time!

We have two Withings Move trackers, and one Steel HR to give away to three lucky winners!

The Withings Move trackers are new, and boy, are they pretty:

The Withings Move, one in black band and black watchface and one with a green band and black watchface Three Move watches one with a blue band, one with a peach band, and one with a green band, all with white watchfaces

The Withings Move features up to 18 months of battery life, activity and sleep tracking, and, with that little dial on the front, daily step count.

We have two of the Withings Move trackers to give away! But wait, there’s more!

We also have one Withings Steel HR to give away, too!

Withings Steel HR Activity Tracker

The Withings Steel HR retails for $179.99, and here are some additional specs about what this tracker can do:

  • Smartphone compatibility with Android and iOS.
  • Receives smartphone notifications.
  • Water resistant up to 50m.
  • 25 days of battery life.
  • Heart rate and other fitness monitoring.
  • Compatible app for fitness tracking.

I really like doing giveaways for Withings trackers because they’re gorgeous and, more importantly, I love mine. I know what time it is (which I NEVER know on my own) and I know about how far I have to go to reach my step goal. And with the step dial on the face of the watch, I know at a glance how far I have to go.

I’ve also noticed that I’ve built up a habit of making sure I reach that goal. That dude Drucker was totally right: what gets measured, gets managed.

During a previous Withings giveaway, Joanne, one of our prior Withings Watch winners, emailed Amanda and gave us permission to share her comments!

I didn’t want to comment on the giveaway post but wanted to thank SBTB again – I was a previous winner of the HR version and it really is a nice watch!

I appreciate that it gives me phone notifications, so I can just subtly glance at my watch if it vibrates to see if I need to actually grab my phone or not. (Screen my calls? Who, me?)

So thanks again to SBTB and Withings!

Yay!

(And yes, I use mine to screen calls, too.)

Before we get to the giveaway terms, we want to offer a huge thank you Susie Felber, who is also known in the Romance universe as “Edith Layton’s daughter.” She works for Withings, and has provided the prizes for us. Thanks, Susie! Cheers!

  1. Gwendolyn Jordan says:

The Steel HR and I would listen to music by Beyoncé

  2. Shawnie Adams says:

I would like the Withings Move Tracker, and I will be listening to the Bridgerton series. I can’t wair for the TV show and need to get through the series first!

  3. Aly P says:

I’d love the Withings Steel HR, because it seems to do more stuff 😀 I’d also like to connect it with my phone… I’d listen to some Nora Roberst romantic suspense books, they are my favorites to listen to.

  4. Sofia says:

I would love the Steel HR but would love any of them. I am not really an audiobook person so hopefully this would motivate me to try it out more!

  5. AmyS says:

I think the Withings Move ones with the beautiful band colors are really nice. The colors are bright and festive! I would absolutely listen to podcasts. I have so many favorites that I never have enough time to listen to them all every week. So not only are there so many books, so little time, there is now so many podcasts, so little time! We live in a wonderful world.

  6. Lynette says:

I would love the Withings Steel and I would listen to audio books while I walked/ran. I just listened to The Bride Test and absolutely love it story-wise and narration-wise. The Vietnamese spoken by the narrator is pretty good for a non-speaker.

  7. Carmin says:

I love watches, so I’d be happy with any; however, my preference would be for the Steel HR. I’ve just retired from 17 years of teaching 4th grade, so I see a lot of walking in my future while listening to podcasts. First up is “My Dad Wrote a Porno”, which my daughters tell me is absolutely hysterical.

  8. Marlene says:

withings move . . . looking forward to reading podcast recommendations, but I would rather grab a friend a visit while moving!

  9. Lisa says:

I would love the Steel HR.
I’m strange, when I run, I don’t like anything in my ears, so I exercise with nothing

  10. Carrie says:

I’d love a Withings Move! I’d be listening to podcasts while making my step goal!

  11. Karen Lauterwasser says:

Hi! Wow, these are extremely cool. I like the added functionality and extreme coolness of the Steel HR, but the Move trackers with the dark faces are almost as stunning. I listen to audiobooks all the time at work (I work retail, mostly involving moving merchandise around) – yes, I consider myself very lucky to be able to do that! There are so many authors and actors I enjoy, I can’t even begin to list them…

  12. ShellyE says:

I like that the Move lasts up to 18 months, but the water-resistant feature of the Steel would be nice too! I’d be listening to podcasts I need to catch up on, and then audiobooks. It would motivate me to use my treadmill more!

  13. Vicki says:

I think the Move Trackers because the bright color would make it harder for the grandkid to claim he mistook it for his. I like to listen to classic rock if I want to move briskly, otherwise Audio Digest. The founder of Audio Digest, Congressman Jerry Pettis, was my neighbor when I was young and I remember him sometimes when I listen.

  14. Jessi G says:

The Steel HR looks amazing! I would walk my Beltian Shepherd and finish listening to Kate Quinn’s The Huntress

  15. Evelyn says:

Thank you, Bitches. I would choose the coral one and wear it while I’m listening to any audio romance while driving.

  16. Zuzus says:

Withings Move is so classy looking – way better than a Fitbit. I’d love one to get my competitive streak engaged. I’d probably listen to The Thrilling Adventure Hour podcast, or old Vinyl Cafe episodes. Thanks for offering this!

  17. Alex says:

Wow! I would love to win the Steel HR, it would help me see how high my HR gets when I’m having an anxious moment lol. I would listen to the Heaving Bosoms Podcast to meet my step goals!! Those ladies make me laugh every time and I forget that I’m exercising!

  18. Heather RR says:

I’m really liking those new ones. I’d be listening to all the true crime podcasts.

  19. Kam says:

I would be happy to have either version. I tend to listen to 80’s music when I walk.

  20. Karen Willett says:

My watch dies over a year ago and I have not found anything to replace it. The green Withings watch would make a nice addition to my life and maybe get me back to working out regularly. I listen to audiobooks when or if when I work out. My first was one by Diana Gabaldon and I really worked my exercise time up to more and more as the book got better and better! Great incentive.

  21. Karen Willett says:

  22. Casey Berberich says:

How have I never seen these before? They are gorgeous! I love the timeless chic in white and silver. I listen to podcasts and audiobooks while I walk. Right now I’m listening to Children of Blood and Bone.

  23. Barbara Bibel says:

I like the blue one. It is chic and looks comfortable.

  24. Maureen says:

I would love a Withings Move! I would listen to audiobooks on mine.

  25. Sharon says:

I would love a Move Tracker (in green)! I’ve been thinking I should get something like this; in summer, I don’t have belt loops to clip my old-fashioned pedometer to. Plus, I hate having to pull out my cellphone to see the time.

What I’ve been listening to falls into three categories worth sharing:
    1) Music: The Best of the Monkees. Have you forgotten how good they are? Because “Papa Gene’s Blues” is one of my favorite love songs.
    2) Podcasts: Aside from the wonderful SBTB podcast, I’ll always recommend Reading the End with the demographically similar Jennys. Just the most charming bookcast.
    3) Audiobooks: Somehow I have been listening to a bunch of Monsters in Space books, from zombies (“Dead Moon” by Peter Kline) to aliens (Audible’s whole “Aliens” franchise of radio plays). So that, definitely that.

  26. Katie C. says:

I’d choose the Withings Steel HR, and I listen to 50’s and 60’s pop music to bop along to!

  27. Cindy says:

The Withings Move with the black watch face is the one calling to me, with either band color (they are both PRETTY)!

I listen to podcasts – Smart Podcast Trashy Books, NPR’s Pop Culture Happy Hour and Code Switch, and Daily Tech News Show. Listening to books is often very emotional, and I dislike being in public while really experiencing a book, feeling like I have to mask my emotions.

  28. Glenda M says:

I’d love any but the benefits of the smartphone notifications on the Steel HR make it my top choice! I work retail, but have to keep track of my emails and know which calls to take while on the floor being able to check notifications would be a godsend (especially since my fitbit decided not to be compatible with my new phone).

What would I listen to? SBTB podcasts for one. I’m not big on audiobooks – I’m old fashioned that way.

    Thanks for the chance!

  29. Diane Mc. says:

    Withings Steel HR

To listen to audio books and keep track of steps on the treadmill.

  30. Heather Greye says:

    Thank you for the opportunity!

The steel is so pretty. That black and blue!

I’m more likely to listen to music – Pink or something like that.

  31. I really need something like this to encourage me to start walking again; depression, weather and lack of time have rather put me off my schedule and my body is reflecting that in myriad ways. I like the Withings Move with either the green or coral band; While I usually talk to God or my late husband on my long hikes, I also like to stream some Zen music like Kitaro or Mike Oldfield for the relaxation factor. However since a lot of my running is done at work, I’m more likely to be listening to the demands of the guys I oversee and support.

  32. Paloma says:

I’d love the steel one but in reality whatever I’d be lucky to win lol I would listen to podcast because they’re the bes t

  33. Trini says:

It would have to be the Steel HR for me please as I’d like to track my HR during my workouts. And since I’m a bit of a traditionalist, I would have to listen to music, my “kick butt” playlist.

  34. SaraW says:

Thank you SBTB team and ‘Edith Layton’s Daughter’ for this! I really just need to start saving for one of my own…

Hoping for a win for a chance at that sleek minx Withings Steel HR, though by the time this contest ends I’ll be starting my 6 day hike of the Colorado Trail. If I win, please wait for me to get back in cell service on the 12th!!

I wish I could use this bad by for my hiking segments, but if I do get to win, I’ll use it for my workout mixes and music. I admit to NOT being an audiobook fan, not even for Richard Armitage readings….

  35. Withings steel and Fated Nate’s podcast!

  36. Stacy Hu says:

Thanks so much to SBTB, Susie, and Withings for your generosity!
I’d like either the Move green one, or the Steel HR.

I’ve just discovered Carly Rae Jepsen’s new album Dedicated, so I’d either be listening to that or the Crooked Media podcast “Hysteria”!

  37. Desiree says:

The steel. (Or any of them)

I would listen to 80’s hairbands

  38. Kat says:

Steel HR because I’m a runner with ideas about a triathalon. I don’t actually say that aloud yet, but it’s on the agenda. Spotify and Podcasts keep me from thinking about how long/far I’ve gone. Thanks for the chance!

  39. Thalia Lewandowski says:

Ohh! I like the Withings move with the royal blue band. I am a political podcast junkie and listen to several of the Crooked Media shows, 538 and Stay Tunes with Preet. When I hit overload, I defer to SBTB cause of course I do!!

  40. Rose says:

The Steel HR would be incredible I would listen to all the audiobooks I have backlogged on my TBR! I should be walking more anyway so maybe I should save up for one of these trackers
