The book that I read was an ebook, and I read in 2015 or 2016.
It was set in Regency England and it was about a married couple, who write in this journal together about all the sexy times they would like to do together.
I remember that there was a scene where they were doing it on a balcony overlooking the garden and a gardener watched them.
Please any help that you could provide would be greatly appreciated!

Forever Yours by Charlotte Featherstone is similar to this premise if you want something in the same vein. Married couple, Regency England but they exchange notes instead of a journal.
