Send Your Friendship: A Mini Course from Organization Academy

Send your Friendship a circle logo with a seahorse and the words Send Your FriendshipAfter my series on using Google Calendar to organize nearly everything, I started a side project called Organization Academy. It includes a newsletter and online courses that focus on upgrading your personal digital organization and make your life easier.

This week I’m re-launching a mini-course from Organization Academy called Send Your Friendship.

This video mini-course is all about using Google Calendar (my other, other true love after romance fiction, chocolate, carbs, and wine) to, well, send your friendship by remembering birthdays, anniversaries, and other important dates in enough time to send a card, or a gift, or both.

If you’ve made a new year’s resolution to keep in touch with far away friends and family, or you want to remember important events with a card or note, this course can set you up for automatic reminders in perpetuity.

Send Your Friendship can help if:

  • You’ve wanted to be a better correspondent with your friends and family
  • You often scramble at the last minute to send birthday cards or notes on special occasions
  • You love picking out gifts for loved ones on special days, but don’t always have enough time
  • You love the idea of sending mail to people to brighten their day (and yours!)

As much as receiving personal greetings in the mail makes me happy, sending cards and notes to friends and family, knowing they’ll receive them close or on a major day for them, is a truly lovely feeling. This mini-course will help you remember in plenty of time to Send Your Friendship to everyone who is important to you.

It’s a mini-course, so it won’t be a massive investment of your time. It’s self-directed so you can complete it at your own pace, in your own time. There are four video lessons that take you step-by-step through the process, with transcripts, bonus tips, and worksheets, too.

It’s open now, and you can register online to get instant access. I hope this is helpful and useful. The system works for me, and I am confident that it can help you Send Your Friendship, too.
