Today’s prize is all about keeping you warm, content, and comfortable, and features an item hand-knit by Elyse!

Today’s prize is:

A hand-knit shawl in a deep blue with a gorgeous enamel button, made by Elyse:

What does this shawl look like when worn? Hold on to your shoulders because it’s wonderful.

This shawl is the Sasha Wrap by Sarah Smuland, and the pattern is on Ravelry.

The yarn is Blue Sky Fibers Techno in Tranquil, a deep blue color. The yarn is a mix of 68% baby alpaca / 22% silk / 10% extra fine merino. It’s incredibly soft and warm.

We’re pairing this with A Kindle e-Reader!

    Currently, I get cozy by putting on an amazing fleecy hooded tunic/vest I got at a clothing exchange, huddling awkwardly in front of the electric fireplace, book or laptop in front of me, warm broth or (trendy yet practical) Golden Milk at the ready. It’s all surprisingly comfortable, I promise!

    We just got a new couch this year, so cozy has a new name in my house, and that name is sectional. The corner seat, wrapped in the living room blanket, is the snuggliest place in the world.
