Close up of the button? Sure! It’s adorable:

What does this shawl look like when worn? Hold on to your shoulders because it’s wonderful.
This shawl is the Sasha Wrap by Sarah Smuland, and the pattern is on Ravelry.

The yarn is Blue Sky Fibers Techno in Tranquil, a deep blue color. The yarn is a mix of 68% baby alpaca / 22% silk / 10% extra fine merino. It’s incredibly soft and warm.
We’re pairing this with A Kindle e-Reader!
This Kindle has a 6″ touch screen with eInk text, and comes with WiFi, build-in Audible capabilities, and includes special offers.
And, to keep you warm from head to toe, we’re also adding a pair of plush-lined cable-knit slipper socks in fuzzy pink:

These socks are for women’s shoe sizes 4-10 (US), and are made of acrylic and polyester. They have plastic skid spots on the bottoms so you don’t slip. You’ll be hella toasty, right? I hope so.

I love curling up on my loveseat with my doggies under a heated throw blanket.
I have a fleece blankie my mom made me a few years back. Perfect for cozy time.
Soft leggings, a long sweater, cup of tea and a fire in the woodstove. Man, I wish I was there right now. Instead, I sit taking a break from work in a chilly hotel conference room.
Cuddles and a fuzzy blanket!
Curl up on the couch with my cats and a book or stitching and a beverage ( cold or hot depending on mood and weather). Elyse, the shawl is gorgeous. Thanks for making it!
Snuggled up with a book, blanket, 2 cats, 1 dog & a giant cup of coffee.
Dog. Blanket. Book. Couch.
I like wearing a hoodie and cuddling under a fleece blanket!
The sweatshirt fleece caftanish thing my parents gave me for Christmas 25 odd years ago. It’s fine on it’s own, but roomie enough to pull over jammies. Sure it’s wearing thin in spots, and maybe there are a couple little holes in it, but when I cfell unwell or in need of little extra comfiness, it’s the only thing that will do.
Curling up in my chair with a blanket, a plethora of cats and a good book.
hot chocolate, a warm fleece and my kindle
Sweat pants, a cup of earl grey, and snuggles from my dogs.
My bed, loads of blankets, a cuppa tea and a book!
Cup of coffee or tea, warm blanket and a good book!
Nothing is cozier than a hot bath! Warms you to your bones
I just jump into my sleeping bag.
Electric blanket and a cat.
A warm dachshund,a good book, and a down throw, with candles by Trapp.
Wow, that shawl is beautiful!!
Curling up on the sofa with my dog and a book and a cup of tea is my favourite way to get cosy. Occasionally one or other of the cats will deign to join us too!
Hot bath! Nothing gets me as warm all the way through, I LOVE baths in winter! I would also say hot chocolate, but we all know I’m not there for the cozy…
I change in a pajama, have fuzzy socks on and have something nice to drink… everything while in bed preferably 😀
Warm socks, fleece pants, comfortable sweatshirt, cats on the bed-and books!
Putting on some soft mink fleece or similar really soft fabric against my skin.
Book, tea (hot or cold, depending), cookies, cat, throw. Not necessarily in that order.
I like to cuddle up on the couch with a quilt,a cup of tea, and a book.
I have a long sheep hoodie, mimicking wool which is amazingly fluffy.
Curling up on the sofa, wrapped in my slanket, with something tasty to drink and a good book on my Kindle or a good movie on the TV.
Best combo:
1. Fleece blanket
2. A favorite regency to read interspersed with The Great British Bake Off
3. Cup of Earl Grey
3. NO INTERRUPTIONS!
Flannel pajamas, milk and cookies, and a book or movie enjoyed on the couch.
Fleece-lined socks, fleecy leggings, fleece jacket, all under a fleece-lined blanket and 1 to 2 cats. Alternatively, never leaving my bed, which will also include 1 to 2 cats.
Socks and fleece robe.
In bed, with the under blanket heater on, or in front of the fire with dogs. Duvet, hot milk and iPad are non-negotiable.
Hot tea and my faux fur throw in front of the fire!
I sit down and enjoy a bowl of my grandmother’s borscht while reading a good book.
Some Finnish glögi (a Scandinavian glühwein), a blanket and a book or game. And some candles. You have get some light into this darkness up north.
Snuggle under my down comforter with my Nook and a romance novel.
My favorite is when we have a rare moment in which my children all coexist quietly and peacefully. Sometimes all snuggled up in my bed while we all read. It never lasts long, but for the moments while it does–it’s pretty great.
On accident! Sometimes after a hard day I just collapse onto the couch and my husband notices, wraps me in a blanket and gives me a nice drink (not always a hot one, but something with alcohol) 😉 And then I know I’m right where I need to be.
The fireplace on low, my 100 pound dog curled up on my lap, slippers, and a hot and steamy book to read!
