Want a box of books to get you through the holiday season? We have you covered!
Since we get a ton of books at SBTB HQ, we want to give back to the Bitchery and make some space in our respective homes. We’re all collectively worried about the foundation of our places at this point.
We have eight (8) boxes of brand new books to giveaway!
We can promise the books included are absolutely new, finished copies, unread, and printed on paper. We can also promise there will be at least five books, possibly more, in each box.
There may be a mix of formats and sub-genres, but most if not all will be romance or with Strong Romantic Elements!
Genres include contemporary, historical, romantic suspense, thrillers, and paranormal romance, too. While we hope the box you receive contains a subgenre or author you enjoy, we also have our fingers crossed that you’ll love trying something new. And as always, our mission statement is to share the love and share the romance.
To enter, comment below what new releases you’re excited to read in December or 2019! Excited for the new Elizabeth Hoyt? Is there a debut you’re pumped for in the new year? Tell us!

I am trying to patiently wait for Lisa Kleypas’ Devil’s Daughter, Mary Balogh’s Someone to Trust, Tessa Dare’s The Wallflower Wager, Alyssa Cole’s A Prince on Paper and Once Ghosted Twice Shy, and CL Wilson’s The Jaguar King, which I have no clue when it’s going to come out.
I have already pre-ordered both of Alyssa Cole’s upcoming books as well as Jasmine Guillory’s next book that doesn’t even have a cover yet. 🙂 And I loved The Kiss Quotient so much I pre-ordered the next book in the series too.
BUT next week Diane Setterfield’s new book comes out (she wrote The Thirteenth Tale) and I am SO EXCITED!
I’m excited for the next Joanna Shupe book about Frank Tripp! I love her gilded age books. I’m also excited for Elle Kenndys new Briar U book, which promises some great enemies to lovers action.
I just snagged Candy Canes & Kisses: A Christmas Anthology featuring an author I enjoy (Golden Angel) plus some other writers that I hope will be fabulous. I’m not a huge reader of holiday themed romance, but now that I have Stinky the Christmas Skunk (inflatable decoration) in my front yard I felt I should!
Eager for the Damon Suede HOT HEAD manhwa adaptation (and, someday, the sequel HARD HEAD).
I’m already reading the new Grace Burroughs book, “My One and Only Duke”, and I’m looking forward to oh so many books: the new Elizabeth Hoyt, Mary Balogh’s “Someone To Trust”, the new Lorraine Heath(A Scoundrel in Her Bed), and “Rebel” by Beverly Jenkins. I could go on!
Someone to Trust by Mary Balogh. Every book by this author is like a visit with an old friend. So looking forward to the latest book in this series!
I’m very excited for THE VANISHING STAIR by Maureen Johnson, which comes out in Jan 2019. The first book in the trilogy left off on a huge cliff hanger!!
I’m dying for Sapphire Flame by Ilona Andrews and The Bride Test, Helen Hoang’s follow up book.
I’m looking forward to The Austen Playbook by Lucy Parker and In An Absent Dream by Seanan McGuire.
I’m excited for Scarlett Peckham’s “Earl I ruined” out December 11th!
All the new releases coming from Alyssa Cole! Also, I’m hoping for more of Courtney Milan’s Cyclone series.
I am looking forward to the new Anne Bishop and Alyssa Cole books.
Just received the newest Julia Quinn and I’m so excited!
I cant keep up with releases so I’m looking forward to reading anything new in 2019! Thank you for the giveaway.
What a fun giveaway! Thanks for the chance to win.
I am most looking forward to Anne Bishop’s next Others book which is coming in March.
Nora Roberts’ Of Blood and Bone, JD Robb’s Connections in Death, Anne Bishop’s Wild Country – and so many more!
My most anticipated 2019 release is Once Ghosted, Twice Shy by Alyssa Cole. I couldn’t stop wishing for a sequel about Likoski while reading a Princess in Theory and Alyssa DELIVERED. I mean, have you seen that cover? COME ON.
Oh so many good books to look forward to next year, but off the top of my head: Clare & Billy’s books (FINALLY!) ‘Beard With Me’ and ‘Beard Necessities’ in Penny Reid’s Winston Brothers series; the new novel & novellas in Alyssa Cole’s Reluctant Royals series; and ‘The Austen Playbook’ by Lucy Parker.
It’s not quite December, but I’ll admit to looking forward to Mary Balogh’s new release tomorrow.
I’m looking forward to new Ilona Andrews releases. Hopefully, the new Hidden Legacy novel.
I had no idea Lucy Parker had a book coming out called The Austen Playbook! Thank you commenters! I haven’t read all the comments yet, but I will be taking notes. Looking forward to the newest book in Shannon Stacey’s Boston Fire series, Flare Up-out in January. Also happy the new Mary Balogh is coming out tomorrow.
I haven’t read Alyssa Cole, and I am obviously missing something-I must remedy that!
Omg, is there really a new Cyclone? Then, I am looking for that! Thanks for the heads up, even if I don’t Win.
Having recently read The Governess Game, I can unequivocally say that I can’t wait for the next book in that series.
I don’t know if they have new books coming out, but am looking forward to reading anything by Julie James, Karen Rose, and Julia Quinn.
New Elizabeth Hoyt and Reindeer Games!
In 2019 I’m looking forward to Shelly Laurenston’s new book, In a Badger Way. I love me some honey badgers!
I’m not necessarily looking for any new releases in 2019, but I’m more looking forward to reinstating my Romance-a-Month habit. Usually I can down more than one a month, but sometimes I get sidetracked with history and sociology nonfiction (like right now, White Trash, so good). This box would be so helpful!
I really liked Loretta Chase’s first Difficult Dukes book and I’m looking forward to the second. I’m also hopeful that Jennifer Crusie will finish her new book! And the sequel to Truly Devious! And the new Tessa Dare and the new Lucy Parker…
I don’t know when new releases are coming out, I actively don’t keep track of such things (GRRM broke me), but in my dream world there will be new books by Jennifer Crusie and Suzanne Brockmann and Nora Roberts (I do feel confident in one out of three) and another Galbraith novel, and oh, while I’m dreaming, it would be great if there were more Temeraire.
Looking forward to Elizabeth Hoyte, Mary Balogh and Julia Quinn new releases!!
Very excited for Scarlett Peckham’s The Earl I Ruined!
I preordered Reindeer Games *gasp*. I never do that but am totally into snowbound romances right now. I read Snowspelled which is lovely but too short. And the second novella from the author isn’t focused on same characters. I can’t wait for Deanna Raybourn’s new Veronica Speedwell book. Also looking forward to the next Maisie Dobbs book. Does anyone have a good recommendation for snowbound regencies?
Well definitely the new Elizabeth Hoyt series but also Lisa Kleypas’ the Devil’s Daughter. I mean the tag line is The Ravenels meet The Wallflowers. How can you not be excited about that. I mean seriously. Now I can’t wait for February.
Leigh Bardugo’s King of Scars coming out in January. Not romance, but Bardugo is one of my few auto-buy authors!
I’m really looking forward to the next Nalini Sighn Guild Hunter novel, the next Ilona Andrews Iron Covenant and Hidden Legacy books, and Anne Bishops next Others book. can’t forget the next Patricia Briggs Mercy Thompson novel, either! My tastes clearly lean towards the paranormal romances, but I do enjoy dipping my toes in other romance subgenres.
Is it close enough if the book I’m looking forward to the most comes out in December? Because I’m super looking forward to The Earl I Ruined by Scarlett Peckham
I’m super excited to read The Bride Test by Helen Hoang, Whiteout by Adriana Anders, The Wallflower Wager by Tessa Dare, A Dark and Stormy Knight by Kerrigan Byrne, and Brazen and the Beast by Sarah MacLean!
My favorite authors: Tessa Dare, Lisa Kleypas, Sarah MacLean, Ilona Andrews, and Charlaine Harris. I also can’t wait for the new Julie Anne Long book in February.
I’m patiently waiting for the next books from Alyssa Cole and Amanda Quick, but I’m really, really anticipating the next Darynda Jones for the end of the Charley Davidson story.
I’m looking forward to reading the latest Veronica Speedwell novel!
