Want a box of books to get you through the holiday season? We have you covered!
Since we get a ton of books at SBTB HQ, we want to give back to the Bitchery and make some space in our respective homes. We’re all collectively worried about the foundation of our places at this point.
We have eight (8) boxes of brand new books to giveaway!
We can promise the books included are absolutely new, finished copies, unread, and printed on paper. We can also promise there will be at least five books, possibly more, in each box.
There may be a mix of formats and sub-genres, but most if not all will be romance or with Strong Romantic Elements!
Genres include contemporary, historical, romantic suspense, thrillers, and paranormal romance, too. While we hope the box you receive contains a subgenre or author you enjoy, we also have our fingers crossed that you’ll love trying something new. And as always, our mission statement is to share the love and share the romance.
To enter, comment below what new releases you’re excited to read in December or 2019! Excited for the new Elizabeth Hoyt? Is there a debut you’re pumped for in the new year? Tell us!
Standard disclaimers apply: We are not being compensated for this giveaway. Void where prohibited. Must be over 18 and ready to read read read. Open to international residents where permitted by applicable law. Boxes will contain books. Lots of books. Hope you’re ready! Though don’t be surprised to find a stray cat or dog hair. That’s our pets’ way of saying hello! Entries will end around noon on Friday 30 November 2018, and winners will be announced and notified shortly afterward.
Good luck to everyone!

Give pre-ordered Reindeer Games, I can barely wait for the newest Mariana Zapata, but really, I love All The Books!!!!
Funnily enough, I’m looking forward to reading the latest Cila Lee-Jenkins adventure by Susan Tan with my 9 year old. We’ve had some awesome conversations after reading the first one, it’s been so great to find a funny, fun chapter book that delves into the realities of being a mixed race third grader.
I can’t wait for Say No to the Duke by Eloisa James, Devil’s Daughter by Lisa Kleypas, and A Dangerous Collaboration by Deanna Raybourn.
Thank you for the great content. Happy holidays!

All of them…can I just say all of them???
Up next, though, is the Reindeer Games anthology. Hello, Christmas reading!
I’m looking forward to the new Julie Anne Long historical. More than 40 years as a romance reader and her “What I Did for a Duke” lifted me out of a huge reading slump so she is one of my few auto-buys. Also hoping 2019 will have a new Sherry Thomas Charlotte Holmes book. I have been saving “Hollow of Fear” for a special occasion and to prolong the pleasure of having it ahead of me to enjoy.
So wildly excited to dive into Karina Longworth’s new book Seduction: Sex, Lies, and Stardom in Howard Hughes’s Hollywood. Her podcast, You Must Remember This, is for sure my favorite podcast. Longworth is an exceptional storyteller and a wonderful researcher. If you’re interested, starting at the series about Charles Manson is a great place to start with the podcast.
I am so far behind on my reading that everything I’m looking forward to has been out for a little while already!
Can’t wait for the next Courtney Milan book, and I know Laura Florand is writing again after taking a much needed break, so that will be wonderful, too.
Many new Seanan McGuires, the new Holly Black, and anything gothic!
Of Blood and Bone by Nora Roberts comes out 4 December and I am third (!) on my library’s list for it!!! The first one was such a departure from her usual books I can’t wait to see where the next one goes. In 2019 I’m looking forward to Ten Things I Hate About the Duke by Loretta Chase. And I’m hopeful that I’ll get to read Winds of Winter by George R. R. Martin next year (but I fear it will always be “next year”, never “this year”).
Im looking forward to Polaris Rising, a sci-fi debut. Anything by Ilona Andrews and Shelly Laurenston will always be an auto buy but im in a bit of a slump and nothing is exciting me at the moment. I am hoping it is the time of year and i snap out of it soon!
From Alyssa Cole, “A Prince on Paper” and “Once Ghosted, Twice Shy. From Alisha Rai, “The Right Swipe”.
There may also be the next book(s?!) in Kit Rocha’s Gideon’s Riders Series.
I was hoping there would be another Courtney Milan historical in the works, and somehow I managed to miss an entire series of her historicals??! Not sure how I managed to never hear of the Worth Saga but there you have it, and there are according to her website SIX BOOKS in the works! I am excited for The Devil Comes Courting as it sounds to have some of the class difference and sciencey bluestocking stuff she does so well. It’ll probably wreck me emotionally like the Carhart books did.
I can’t wait for The Woman in the Lake by Nicola Cornick! I am also looking forward to The Golden Tresses of the Dead by Alan Bradley. Flavia is a delight!
I’m looking forward to KJ Charles’ Any Old Diamonds
Ooooh, new Courtney Milan? Yay! I also look forward to KJ Charles’ latest in January and Patricia Briggs’ latest in March.
The new Sally thorne I can’t wait!!
Nalini Singh’s Archangel Prophecy. I’ve been waiting months for it’s release! I re-read the earlier books in the series for preparation.
Nalini Singh’s Archangel Prophecy. I’ve been waiting months for it’s release! I re-read the earlier books in the series in preparation.
I can’t wait for the hidden legacy! There are too many great books coming out and so little time… Alyssa Cole has a new one also that I can’t wait for. Romantic for Romance in my reading!
Definitely looking forward to more Shelly Laurenston (badgers!) and Tessa Dare (hoping for some cute animal cameos!).
I want any and all Patricia Briggs, Ann Bishop, Ilona Andres, Grace Draven, and Nora Roberts.
The new Elizabeth Hoyt for sure!
I can’t wait to read Alyssa Cole’s An Unconditional Freedom! That series is just phenomenal.
I look forward to Of Blood and Bone by Nora Roberts, Before We Were Strangers by Brenda Novak, and anything by Susan Mallory and RaeAnne Thayne. Thanks for the contest.
Absolutely the new Elizabeth Hoyt and Julie Ann Long!
Really excited for the Sarah Maclean et all. Christmas anthology, What if it’s us (yes it YA but still Becky Albertalli), new Elizabeth Hoyt and finally getting through my TBR pile
excited for Janna MacGregor’s release tomorrow
Looking forward to Patricia Briggs’ next Mercy book, and to see what Sarah J Maas puts out!
In the romance world, KJ Charles has a book coming out end of January/February 2019, and Alexis Hall has the 3rd Arden St Ives coming out in September. In nonromance, Miriam Toews’s looks to have a gut wrenching novel coming out in the US in April called Women Talking.
Come on rando number generator! Ma’s book exchange needs an infusion!
Can’t wait to read the new Shelly Laurenston, Nalini Singh, and Jennifer Ashley books coming out next year!
I am looking forward to Blackberry Cove by Roxanne Snopek and Someone to Trust by Mary Balogh. I am on the library wait list for the Mary Balogh book and may have to splurge before Christmas.
Thanks for the contest! If I am a winner, any surplus books would be donated to my local library’s ongoing book sale.
I’m looking forward to Josh Lanyon’s The Ghost Had an Early Check-out in a few weeks and in 2019 all of TJ Klune’s releases (How to be a Movie Star and especially Why We Fight and Heartsong).
Can’t wait for all of the Seanan McGuire books, Anne Bishop and Patricia Briggs…all of the books!
Thanks for the give-away!
Honestly, I’ve been in a reading slump. I read the newest Ilona Andrews novella and am looking forward to more of that but I need something to jumpstart my reading
So many that have already been mentioned! But also, Penny Reid’s new Laws of Physics trilogy. I feel like I’ve been waiting for that forever!
Jayne Ann Krentz’ newest, Untouchable, comes out Jan 8. I also have a stack of books from the last month that I hope I can get to over Christmas break.
Another vote for 99 Percent Mine by Sally Thorne, I loved The Hating Game so much!
Alyssa Cole has three – THREE – books coming out in 2019.
I will sit here in the corner and wait with unbridled passion.
