The Season of Giving: A Grab Bag Giveaway

A little girl with glasses and a red skirt reading a big book in the libraryWant a box of books to get you through the holiday season? We have you covered!

Since we get a ton of books at SBTB HQ, we want to give back to the Bitchery and make some space in our respective homes. We’re all collectively worried about the foundation of our places at this point.

We have eight (8) boxes of brand new books to giveaway!

We can promise the books included are absolutely new, finished copies, unread, and printed on paper. We can also promise there will be at least five books, possibly more, in each box.

There may be a mix of formats and sub-genres, but most if not all will be romance or with Strong Romantic Elements!

Genres include contemporary, historical, romantic suspense, thrillers, and paranormal romance, too. While we hope the box you receive contains a subgenre or author you enjoy, we also have our fingers crossed that you’ll love trying something new. And as always, our mission statement is to share the love and share the romance.

To enter, comment below what new releases you’re excited to read in December or 2019! Excited for the new Elizabeth Hoyt? Is there a debut you’re pumped for in the new year? Tell us!

Standard disclaimers apply: We are not being compensated for this giveaway. Void where prohibited. Must be over 18 and ready to read read read. Open to international residents where permitted by applicable law. Boxes will contain books. Lots of books. Hope you’re ready! Though don’t be surprised to find a stray cat or dog hair. 6. MaryK says:

I’ve been reading a lot of “romantic elements” books lately and I can’t wait for the new Anne Bishop book in March and the Murderbot novel sometime in 2019.

  7. Violet Bick says:

My go-three authors are Ilona Andrews, Patricia Briggs, and Nalini Singh, so anything by them. But I’m also hoping to discover some excellent books in the same genre. (Would love to have go-four authors, or even, dare I hope, go-five!)

  8. Karen E says:

I’m looking forward to the next book in the Sebastian St.Cut series by C.S. Harris.

  9. Karen E says:

    St. Cyr. I hate autocorrect.

  10. Sarah F says:

I’m very excited for FIND ME, the third book in Courtney Milan’s Cyclone Series. These books had a lot of firsts for me as a romance reader (a hero with an eating disorder, the experiences of immigrants and their children, a transgender heroine, etc.), so I would be chomping at the bit no matter what.
But what makes me EXTRA excited, is that the book will be re-visiting the couple from the first novel. It’s so rare that we get to come back to a love story and see it progress in a meaningful way, rather than having those characters pop in and out of someone else’s story. A real relationship requires work, and I’m so happy to see that represented over the course of a series.
Other books I’m excited for include THE AUSTEN PLAYBOOK (#4 in Lucy Parker’s London Celebrities Series), THE THORN OF EMBERLAIN (#4 in the Gentleman Bastard Series), and whatever N. K. Jemisin and S. Jae-Jones decide to write next.

  11. Abigail says:

Really excited about the last 2 books in Penny Reid’s Winston Brothers series though their release feels so far away right now!

  12. EllenM says:

I’m looking forward to the graphic novel The Chancellor and the Citadel! I’ve been super into comics lately.

  13. Shana says:

R.G. Alexander is (hopefully) releasing “Relentless”. And A.E. Via’s “Nothing Special VI” later this week! J.M. Dabney also has a few that should be appearing in December and/or January. 🙂

  14. Kate says:

I’m really looking forward to the newest Lisa Kelypas and the upcoming Ilona Andrews!

  15. Maia says:

For 2019 I’m excited about the last Chaos novel from Kristen Ashley, coming in January!

  16. Angie G says:

In December I’m really looking forward to Christina Lauren’s My Favorite Half-night Stand. CL’s books make me laugh out loud!

  17. Andrea1 says:

I have a very long list of new releases in 2019 that I want to read, I’ll only list a few:
2/5/19 Connections in Death by J. D. Robb
1/29/19 the Bride Test by Helen Hoang
1/8/19 The Sweetest Thing by Judith McNaught
2/26/19 Devil’s Daughter by Lisa Kleypas
3/5/19 The Wild Country by Anne Bishop
3/5/19 Storm Cursed by Patricia Briggs
3/12/19 The True Queen by Zen Cho
4/2/19 An Artless disguise by Anna Lee Huber
4/2/19 Who Slays the Wicked by C. S. Harris

I’m most curious about the Judith McNaught title, I think it’s a re-write of an earlier book.

I’m hoping for a new book by Julia Spencer-Fleming to appear sometime in 2019.

  18. Jen Brady says:

Alisha Rai’s latest tech / romance – cannot wait til 2019 for it.

  19. MC says:

Ilona Andrews and Patricia Briggs in 2019!

I’m excited for the new Mercy Thompson book.

  23. Jas says:

For 2019 I have several books I’m looking forward to. They include Amanda Bouchet’s new series with Nightchaser being book 1; Helen Hoang’s The Bride Test; anything Ilona Andrews; Shelly Laurenston’s book two in her honey badgers series; Patricia Brigg’s next Mercy book; Sally Thorne’s 99 Percent Mine; all Penny Reid books; Tessa Dare’s The Wallflower Wager. So many anticipated books! 2019 is looking good as far as books to read.

  28. KarenF says:

Nora Roberts’ “Year One” surprisingly hooked me (yes, I normally autobuy Nora Robrts, but the description of “Year One” didn’t sound like it was my cup. I eventually picked it up when the price dropped to $1.99, and ended up really liking it). So I’m excited about the sequel.

Also, I’ve been really enjoying Pricilla Oliveras’ “Matched to Perfection” series, and book 3 will drop into my eReader overnight. Not sure if that counts as December, since I will probably have it read before Saturday.

  29. Janine says:

I’m looking forward to Lucy Parker and Sally Thorne’s next books!

  30. Amanda Weeks says:

I’m really looking forward to Patricia Briggs March release as well as anything from Alyssa Cole and Ilona Andrews. But first is Of Blood and Bone by Nora Roberts this December.

  31. Katharina Keller says:

I’m looking forward to ‘Marked by stars’ by Forthright.
I discovered her, when she was recommended on the ilona-andrews blog and I’m still hooked.

  32. Martha Lawson says:

I’m looking forward to the next Susan Stoker and Devney Perry’s new books!

  33. I can’t wait for the next Julie Anne Long book. I hope it’s an Historical Romance.
