Earls Just Want to Have Fun
Earls Just Want to Have Fun by Shana Galen is 99c! Another Galen title is part of today’s Kindle Daily Deals. This was a 2016 RITA nominee and the first book in the Convent Garden Cubs series. Some readers found the plot and characterization a little improbable, while other readers said the romance had a good balance of light moments and darker emotions. It has a 3.8-star rating on Goodreads.
His heart may be the last thing she ever steals…
Marlowe is a pickpocket, a housebreaker-and a better actress than any professional on the stage. She runs with the Covent Garden Cubs, a gang of thieves living in the slums of London’s Seven Dials. It’s a fierce life, and Marlowe has a hard outer shell. But when she’s alone, she allows herself to think of a time before-a dimly remembered life when she was called Elizabeth.
Maxwell, Lord Dane, is intrigued when his brother, a hired investigator, ropes him into his investigation of the fiercely beautiful hellion. He teaches her to navigate the social morass of the ton, but Marlowe will not escape so easily. Instead, Dane is drawn into her dangerous world, where the student becomes the teacher and love is the greatest risk of all.

The Duke’s Obsession Bundle
The Duke’s Obsession Bundle by Grace Burrowes is 99c! This series has three full-length historical romances, which is awesome considering you’re getting them for less than a dollar! The bundle collects the first trilogy in the Windham series. Do you have a favorite out of these three?
New York Times and USA Today bestselling author Grace Burrowes delivers remarkable characters, intriguing plots, and freshly imagined Regency settings in this unforgettable trilogy about three noble brothers. A Regency era battle of wits, wills, and the sexes, with a wily old duke determined to see the succession of his line secured, and his three headstrong sons equally determined to resist the bonds of matrimony.
THE HEIR: The Earl of Wyndham, weighed down by responsibilities, is determined to avoid the summer rounds of matchmaking mamas, so he stays in his London townhouse for the summer. There he discovers a potentially perfect duchess in his lovely, mysterious housekeeper.
THE SOLDIER: Devlin St. Just, the Duke’s oldest, but illegitimate, son, arrives at his new estate weary in body and spirit. There he finds that the previous owner’s bastard daughter and her beautiful cousin are his responsibility and are making his life almost unbearably complicated.
THE VIRTUOSO: Gifted pianist Valentine Windham, youngest son of the Duke of Moreland retreats to the country after an injury robs him of his musical ability. There he learns from beautiful young widow Ellen Markham that he can be loved even when his music falls silent.

A Highland Trio
A Highland Trio by Suzan Tisdale is 99c! This boxed set collects the first book in three different series. I really love this idea because you get to see which series might work for you, rather than getting a set in the same series. What do you think?
A limited-edition collection of Suzan Tisdale’s best-selling classic Scottish Historical Romance Series. The collection contains the first three novels are: Laiden’s Daughter from The Clan MacDougall, Rowan’s Lady from The Clan Graham, and Ian’s Rose from The Mackintoshes and McLarens.
Laiden’s Daughter
She believes men are not honorable nor are they kind-until she meets one that changes her heart forever.Betrayed by lies told before her birth, Aishlinn is raised by a harsh and cruel stepfather. Her life is forever changed one horrifying night when she is forced to flee England for the safety of the Scottish Highlands. Rescued by a fierce band of highland warriors, Aishlinn soon learns that honorable men do exist. She finds a strength she never knew she possessed and it will be tested to the limits when she is forced to make a heart-wrenching decision…allow the English to kill those she loves, or surrender for the crime she committed.
She is everything he never knew he wanted in a woman….
As a fierce highland warrior, Duncan McEwan has survived numerous battles, bed countless women, and survived a horrific storm at sea. He has scaled mountains and even survived hand-to-claw battle with a cat-o’mountain. But none of that could have prepared him for how his life forever changed one fateful spring day when he rescued a lass from a freezing stream. He will do anything to keep her as his own and will risk everything to keep her out of the hands of the English.
Rowan’s Lady
He built impenetrable walls around his heart….The Black Death showed no mercy when it took Rowan Graham’s beautiful, young wife. With his clan nearly decimated, his heart torn to shreds, he is left to raise his newborn daughter alone. Rowan tries to keep the promises he made to Kate on her deathbed, save for one: He is unable to give his heart to another.
She has built walls around her own…
Lady Arline is forced into yet another arranged marriage — loveless and lonely. Behind Garrick Blackthorn’s good looks lies a cruel, vindictive man. She wants nothing more than her marriage to end so that she might gain the freedom she has longed for.
Fate will bring those walls tumbling down….
Just before her marriage comes to a bitter and ugly end, her cruel husband kidnaps a sweet, innocent child. Arline does not realize the child belongs to a man from her past, a man who has haunted her dreams for more than seven years, until the night he comes to rescue his daughter.
Rowan Graham is surprised to learn that his enemy’s wife is a woman he met but for a few short moments seven years earlier when dark times had fallen across Scotland. The same woman who had helped insure the freedom of his foster father and brother has been risking her life to care for his daughter.
Fate brings them together…but others are determined to pull them apart.
Ian’s Rose
They should never have stolen his wife.Ian Mackintosh and his bride, Rose, return to McLaren Lands to rebuild all that was destroyed by the previous laird. Believing bad times and evil men are behind them, they’ve let their guard down. Ian’s world is turned upside down one cold winter’s night when Rose is kidnapped.
Desperate, he is willing to make a deal with the devil himself in order to ensure her safe return. And he may have done just that when he agrees to work with the brother of the man responsible for tearing his world apart.
Is there a price too high to save the woman you love?

From the Grey book:
She would easily be the most beautiful woman he’d ever seen, if not for her appearance.
Alrighty then!
@Ren Yes, that quote would be the best thing I’ve ever read, except for the words in it.
Smooth Talking Cowboy by Maisey Yates is currently $0.99.
Body by Audrey Carlan is currently free.
Ok, for a buck I went for the Grace Burrowes bundle, although I don’t have the best track record when it comes to enjoying her books.
The Comfortable Courtesan is $1.32 on Amazon (just bought it!).
There is also a Grace Burrows, Susanna Ives and Emily Greenwood novella collection called Duchesses in Disguise on sale at Amazon for $.99 right now.
Thank you Joanna! I just got it for my Nook at the same price.
Expect you caught the spelling error in the the Shana Galen Book description – CONVENT Garden Cubs could be a mighty entertaining forbidden romance series…
Act Like It by Lucy Parker is 99 cents on Kindle. It’s listed as a daily deal, so you may only have one day at this price.
Courtney Milan’s Once Upon a Marquess is marked down to 99 cents at the moment.
THREE by Jay Posey is not a romance, still one of my favorite dystopian fiction books from last year, at Amazon for .99 today. In one sense, it’s a trope-y Western about the bad guy who saves a woman and her son, but the world-building is excellent and the story doesn’t go where you expect.
Josh Lanyon’s All’s Fair trilogy is on sale for 1.99. Highly recommend if you like m/m mystery romance.
Mary Balogh has two on *sale* @ Amazon:
Slightly Married $2.99 book 1 in the Bedwyn Saga
Indiscreet $1.99 book 1 in The Horsemen trilogy
