Giveaway: Cute Kate Spade Maxi Tote and a Bookstore Giftcard!

We have another Kate Spade giveaway! Seriously, we love finding cute things we can give out to the Bitchery, and our previous books & bag giveaways are always well-received.

This time, we have the Kate Spade Sawyer Street Maxi Tote in Posy Pink.

Kate Spade Posy Pink Sawyer Street tote bag

My purses tend to be black because I’m a mess of a person, so I’m kind of in love with this soft, blush color. Here are the official specs:

  • 11.7″ (29.71cm) high x 12.9″ (32.76cm) wide x 5.5″ deep (13.97cm)
  • handle drop is 8.3″ (that’s the space between the top of the handle and the top of the bag itself – and that’s plenty of room to put this tote over your shoulder)
  • leather with interior zip pocket and double slide pockets

And, since there’s plenty of room inside, we’re including a $50.00 giftcard to the bookstore of the winner’s choosing. Get ready to fill that bag with books or at least a well-stocked e-reader.

Standard disclaimers apply: I’m not being compensated for this giveaway except that I got to go shopping online which means I didn’t have to wear shoes or real pants. Void where prohibited. Open to international residents where permitted by applicable law. Must be over 18 and ready to carry some or all of the things, including the books you like best. Stop drop and roll. In the event of an actual clearance sale, all items will be immediately placed in the shopping cart and all discount codes available worldwide will be automatically applied (wouldn’t that be nice). Mind the gap and the handle drop, too. Comments will close Friday 26 August 2016 and winner announced same day. Please note that due to travel, prize will be shipped after August 28, 2016.

Ready to enter? Leave a comment and let me know what book you’d buy first if you won. Good luck!

UPDATE: Congratulations to Lorelai! Keep an eye on your inbox and thanks so much to everyone who comment. My TBR pile, however, is a little upset at all the book recs.

  2. Jen says:

Oh wow I would love to win that bag. I’ve been dreaming of getting a designer purse for years. As for a book, I think I’d buy…some Nailini Singh. Her books are pricey and my library doesn’t really carry much of her stuff!

  3. Gina says:

I’d preorder the new JD Robb and Ilona Andrews books.

  4. alicia says:

After I read your book review, I have been dying to read The Woman in Cabin 10 by Ruth Ware! Sounds amazing and definitely something I usually read!

  25. bnbsrose says:

I’d definitely stuff my Kindle in there so I could carry all the books and a snack. There’s so much get. I’m two books behind on my Alice Clayton. Surely Christina Lauren is hard at work on the Not Joe story I’m dying for. Nalini Singh’s next Guild Hunter and M. O’Keefe’s next books can’t be too far off.

  26. Megan says:

I’d probably buy ‘For Love & Liberty: Untold Love Stories of the American Revolution’ and Joanna Bourne’s ‘The Spymaster’s Lady’.

I’d buy a new copy of Jane Eyre because mine is on its last legs…pages…whatever. One of my favorite books ever, and one of the few that I actually own a copy of.

  33. YesLikeTheColor says:

I’m behind on the Janet Evanovich series and am trying to wait for the paperback (ahem the price drop), but Genevieve Cogman’s “The Invisible Library” keeps popping up on different lists so it would be a tie between those two books on my first to purchase list!

  34. Linda says:

Definitely the new N.K. Jemisin novel. She also just won the HUGO! I’m so delighted for her and I hope the sad/rabid/senile puppies choke on it.

  35. Vanessa says:

Thank you for the contest! I would purchase, First Star I See Tonight by Susan Elizabeth Phillips.

  36. Amanda Peterson says:

Probably “All the Missing Girls.” I love the genre as a break when I’m not feeling romance, but the cost of them is really adding up.

  37. Donna Sexton says:

I would buy Charlaine Harris’ new book that coming out soon “All the Little Liars” an Aurora Teagarden mystery. I know more after that too. Would love to win. Thanks!

  38. Amanda says:
