We have another Kate Spade giveaway! Seriously, we love finding cute things we can give out to the Bitchery, and our previous books & bag giveaways are always well-received.
This time, we have the Kate Spade Sawyer Street Maxi Tote in Posy Pink.

My purses tend to be black because I’m a mess of a person, so I’m kind of in love with this soft, blush color. Here are the official specs:
- 11.7″ (29.71cm) high x 12.9″ (32.76cm) wide x 5.5″ deep (13.97cm)
- handle drop is 8.3″ (that’s the space between the top of the handle and the top of the bag itself – and that’s plenty of room to put this tote over your shoulder)
- leather with interior zip pocket and double slide pockets
And, since there’s plenty of room inside, we’re including a $50.00 giftcard to the bookstore of the winner’s choosing. Get ready to fill that bag with books or at least a well-stocked e-reader.
Standard disclaimers apply: I’m not being compensated for this giveaway except that I got to go shopping online which means I didn’t have to wear shoes or real pants. Void where prohibited. Open to international residents where permitted by applicable law. Must be over 18 and ready to carry some or all of the things, including the books you like best. Stop drop and roll. In the event of an actual clearance sale, all items will be immediately placed in the shopping cart and all discount codes available worldwide will be automatically applied (wouldn’t that be nice). Mind the gap and the handle drop, too. Comments will close Friday 26 August 2016 and winner announced same day. Please note that due to travel, prize will be shipped after August 28, 2016.
Ready to enter? Leave a comment and let me know what book you’d buy first if you won. Good luck!
UPDATE: Congratulations to Lorelai! Keep an eye on your inbox and thanks so much to everyone who comment. My TBR pile, however, is a little upset at all the book recs.

I think I’d buy the new Harry Potter since I need the hardcover to add to the rest of the series. For something romance, Cream by Alice Clayton since my library doesn’t have it. Thanks for the chance!
I would buy Curious Minds: A Knight and Moon Novel by Janet Evanovich.
Empire of Storms by Sarah J Maas
The Tsar of Love and Techno by Anthony Marra. Been hearing good things about it 🙂
The Peach Keeper by Sarah Addison Allen
Saving the Cat.
And then all the cute picture books I keep wishlisting for my kid
A Torch Against the Night or First Star I See Tonight.
I’d get The Girl from The Savoy by Hazel Gaynor.
I’d buy a Hawaii guidebook because I’m going there for my anniversary in 2 months!
With school about to start, my reading time decreases dramatically. I would pre-order Jayne Ann Krentz’s When All the Girls Have Gone and Deborah Blake’s Dangerously Charming, since each book comes out right before a long weekend and that will give me an excuse to drop everything and read.
I’d get Forrest Leo’s The Gentlemen.
I’d pre-order The Devil in Spring!
Anne Rice’s latest.
I’d buy the Anne Bishop series. I love the world she built.
Probably Amanda Bouchet’s A Promise of Fire because the SBTB review got me really excited to read this but my TBR list is so long, I’m holding off on buying it for now.
Thanks for the giveaway!!
Dark Minds by Michelle Diener
I’m desperate to get my hot little hands on Sarah MacLean’s latest in the Scandal & Scoundrels series “A Scot in the Dark”
P.S. I am perfectly aware that it is not available til the 30 August (^__^)
Thanks for the giveaway Smart Bitches!
I’d buy the Ferrante books because I can’t get them from the library and I cannot buy books now (sad face) but everyone is talking about them and it’s driving me crazy.
I’d buy Amanda Bouchet’s A Promise of Fire. Thanks for the giveaway!
Both Crows Books by Shelly Laurenston! Ah they are so good!!!
I’d buy Sarah MacLean’s “A Scot in the Dark”. And then hoard the rest for impulse buys 😀
Thank you for the giveaway!
Definitely A Scot in the Dark!
Turn and Burn by Lorelei James. Love this series!!! Thanks for the giveaway.
I’d probably buy the 6th volume of Saga, or The Rook (which CarrieS recommended a while back)!
I’d probably buy daughters of the bride by Susan Mallery. Waiting for it to get cheaper right now!
Definitely A Scot in the Dark by Sarah MacLean
I’d preorder the new Jurisdiction book by Susan R. Matthews.
The newest Nalini Singh and I’m missing the newest Christine Warren series.
I’d pre-order both Ilona Andrew’s and Lisa Kleypas’s upcoming books!
I’d buy the last few Sophie Kinsella books – I’m behind on my Shopaholic reading!
The Woman in Cabin 10. Elyse’s review the other day has me desperate to read it!
Such a GORGEOUS bag. Oooh la la! I would buy Girl on The Train first. Cheers!
I’d probably get the new Harry Potter. Yes, I realize I’m late to the game, but I generally get ebooks, at a discount, and it’s hard for me to buy a full-price hardback. However, I feel strongly that that is the only way Harry Potter should be read.
The new J.D. Robb book!
I’ve been waiting on Stacia Kane’s new book – “Made for Sin.” And also am loving that bag… <3_<3
Thanks for the opportunity! The first book I’d buy would probably be THE FIFTH SEASON, by NK Jemisin, which just won the Hugo award. But you never know – I have a lot of romances on my TBR list/pile, so one of those would make the list too.
I’m going to join the herd (of ladies of excellent taste) and say Sarah MacLean’s new book, or a promis of Fire, which sounded excellent, but I don’t usually allow myself full-priced ebooks.
Rookie Move by Sarina Bowen
I’d probably work on getting caught up on my Shayla Black’s Wicked Lovers series!
I would catch up on Mary Ann Mohanraj’s intruiging SF, which has neat touches of Desi culture.
