Giveaway: An Adorable Kate Spade Bag and a Bookstore Giftcard!

I know you all like cute bags and book shopping, and with the response to prior giveaways involving books and bags, and with the most excellent results of sale shopping, I have another Kate Spade tote and a bookstore giftcard to give away!

(I’ll be honest – it’s really fun to plan giveaways and pick out things that I am pretty sure you’ll be excited about.)

I have a very cute Kate Spade tote bag, the Gallery Drive Small Harmony in multi – which is a print made of overlapping grey and pink polka dots on a black background.

Kate Spade Gallery Drive tote bag with pink and grey polka dots on it

Isn’t it adorable? And it’s plenty big to hold all sorts of necessary things. Here are the official specs:

  • 9.9″ (25.14cm) high x 11.9″ (30.22cm) wide x 6.2″ (15.74cm) deep
  • handle drop is 9″ (that’s the space between the top of the handle and the top of the bag itself – and that’s plenty of room to put this tote over your shoulder)
  • it’s not leather – it’s glazed fabric so it’s sturdy enough to stand up on its own, but not too heavy to carry

And, since there’s plenty of room inside, I’m including a $50.00 giftcard to the bookstore of the winner’s choosing. Woo! Fill it with books! All the books!

Standard disclaimers apply: I’m not being compensated for this giveaway except that I got to go shopping online which means I didn’t have to wear shoes or real pants. Void where prohibited. Open to international residents where permitted by applicable law. Must be over 18 and ready to carry some or all of the things, including the books you like best. Stop drop and roll. In the event of an actual clearance sale, all items will be immediately placed in the shopping cart and all discount codes available worldwide will be automatically applied (wouldn’t that be nice). Mind the gap and the handle drop, too. Comments will close Friday 8 July 2016 and winner announced same day. Please note that due to international travel, prize will be shipped after July 16, 2016.

Ready to enter? Leave a comment and let me know what book you’d buy first if you won. Good luck!

ETA: We have a winner: Peggy H! Congratulations, Peggy, and thank you to everyone who entered!

I would buy The Invisible Library because I clearly must read about spy librarians..

  2. I would buy In A Dark, Dark, Wood by Ruth Ware. Because this year we didn’t go to the lake for Independence Day, and I’m missing out on ghost stories and s’mores by the campfire.

  3. Vlada says:

Omg that bag is so cute! We just came back from vacation so my immediate book needs were already packed in the Kindle in preparation for avoiding family but i know I can find more books 😉

I think that I would buy books that I was interested in but not sure enough about the author to click to buy them. One of those is Cree by LaShawn Vasser. Also, I want to try Courtney Milan’s contemporaries. But my poorness has kept them from me.

  16. Kim says:

I would start with the last two Lisa Kleypas books… haven’t gotten to start her new series yet:)

  17. Gail says:

I would start with The Raven and Reindeer by T. Kingfisher (AKA Ursula Vernon)!

  18. Since I’m mid-sabbatical, I’d buy (somewhere, somehow) a copy of Lauren Dane’s Tri-Mates. OMG, I want to read that!

  19. CelineB says:

I’ll probably buy Rock Wedding by Nalini Singh the day it comes out along with any sales that catch my fancy.

  20. Lori says:

The final book in the Passage trilogy by Justin Cronin which is called The City of Mirrors. Love that series. And Heroine Complex by Sarah Kuhn because that sounds just so awesome.

  21. Miss Louisa says:

I am buying Harry Potter and the Cursed Child as well as the upcoming Susan Elizabeth Phillips, First Star I See Tonight. Since I have all the books by those authors in hardcopy, I keep buying them that way. Books I would buy in paperback, I download on my reader because I have a lot of boxes of books and no room on shelves.

  22. Mary says:

I’d buy Uprooted, by Naomi Novik. I’ve read it twice already, which means it’s time to get my own copy already!

  23. Joie Davis says:

I would buy The Forever War. First sci-fi book I’ve ever read that made me cry it was over. I need a copy!

  24. Alex says:

  33. Theresa says:

I would buy Second Sight and White Lies from Jayne Ann Krentz, her Arcane series is wonderful and then I would buy the Eat This Not That latest offer. Thank you, ladies for all your witty posts.

  34. Sarah says:

I gotta be honest: Harry Potter and the Cursed Child. I haven’t been this excited for a book since Harry Potter and the Unnecessarily Long Camping Trip.

  36. M L says:
