I know you all like cute bags and book shopping, and with the response to prior giveaways involving books and bags, and with the most excellent results of sale shopping, I have another Kate Spade tote and a bookstore giftcard to give away!
(I’ll be honest – it’s really fun to plan giveaways and pick out things that I am pretty sure you’ll be excited about.)
I have a very cute Kate Spade tote bag, the Gallery Drive Small Harmony in multi – which is a print made of overlapping grey and pink polka dots on a black background.

Isn’t it adorable? And it’s plenty big to hold all sorts of necessary things. Here are the official specs:
- 9.9″ (25.14cm) high x 11.9″ (30.22cm) wide x 6.2″ (15.74cm) deep
- handle drop is 9″ (that’s the space between the top of the handle and the top of the bag itself – and that’s plenty of room to put this tote over your shoulder)
- it’s not leather – it’s glazed fabric so it’s sturdy enough to stand up on its own, but not too heavy to carry
And, since there’s plenty of room inside, I’m including a $50.00 giftcard to the bookstore of the winner’s choosing. Woo! Fill it with books! All the books!
Standard disclaimers apply: I’m not being compensated for this giveaway except that I got to go shopping online which means I didn’t have to wear shoes or real pants. Void where prohibited. Open to international residents where permitted by applicable law. Must be over 18 and ready to carry some or all of the things, including the books you like best. Stop drop and roll. In the event of an actual clearance sale, all items will be immediately placed in the shopping cart and all discount codes available worldwide will be automatically applied (wouldn’t that be nice). Mind the gap and the handle drop, too. Comments will close Friday 8 July 2016 and winner announced same day. Please note that due to international travel, prize will be shipped after July 16, 2016.
Ready to enter? Leave a comment and let me know what book you’d buy first if you won. Good luck!Â
ETA: We have a winner: Peggy H! Congratulations, Peggy, and thank you to everyone who entered!

What a fun giveaway. I’d like to buy some Carla Kelly titles.
Oh, so awesome! Thank you, Sarah! I’m really excited to read Eloisa James’ new novella.
I can’t wait for Maya Banks: with every breath! Thats what I would buy!!!
I just finished Cut to the Quick by Kate Ross at 1am last night so the first thing I’d buy would be the next book in the series–A Broken Vessel. I don’t know what I was thinking only checking out book 1 from the library! And it’s a holiday so I can’t even run back & get the next book dammit! Btw to the person who recommended the Julian Kestrel mysteries on this site recently-THANK YOU!
no particular book, but definitely more books. one can never have too many books.
I’d preordained the next Harry Dresden book, Peace Talks.
The Hamilton book!
Apprentice in Death (JD Robb), Archangel’s Heart (Nalini Singh), The Thing About Love (Julie James), so many to choose from! Thanks for the opportunity!

Great giveaway! I would probably get the new Harry Potter.
Patricia Briggs Fire Touched: A Mercy Thompson Novel, I love that series but that book is over my budget
ILLUMINAE and GEMINA by Amie Kaufman. Loved the first book and can’t stop thinking about it. Thanks for the giveaway.
I’d probably pick up A Certain Age by Beatriz Williams for my first purchase; her books just scream summer to me. Or I might pick up Layered, a beautiful cake cookbook, as I’ve been on a bit of a baking kick. Decisions are hard!
I believe I’d have to go for some of the Jennifer McQuistens I haven’t gotten around to yet. I <3 the ones I've read, but haven't had a chance yet to really plow through the backlist.
Volume 4 of Ms. Marvel
The first book I would buy would be “Cupcake Overload” by Bethany Lopez. Her first book, “Always Room for Cupcakes” was excellent (the main character was not wishy-washy when it came to men, which is a nice change), and I’m really looking forward to book two.
I have been on a fantasy kick lately so probably The Mistborn Trilogy by Brandon Sanderson.
I’m really looking forward to Bossman by Vi Keeland! Oh, and It Ends With Us by Colleen Hoover. Also, Cream of the Crop and Roman Crazy both by Alice Clayton.
Ooooh, what a fun bag! I’ve added a ton of books to my wish list this week, including THE BOOK OF SPICE, HELL OR HIGHWATER, and WANDERLUST. All of those belong in that bag!

Great giveaway! I would buy Don’t You Cry, by Mary Kubica. I love her work.
Thanks!
The first book I’d buy would be Illusion town by Jayne Casyle, quickly followed by any Nalini Singh book that catches my eye love them all. Also a decent bar of chocolate, and a bottle of wine. Yep they’d fit in the bag.
That totes is totes adorbs (I’ll see myself out).
I would buy that Eva Leigh Quills trilogy that you all keep talking about. I’ve been lusting after it for a while now!
I would love to get Unquiet Land by Sharon Shinn, and the new Lumberjanes as they are available.
I would buy more Lauren Dane.
Any new Mary Balogh….
i’d be getting those pre-orders in for tessa dare & elizbeth hoyt’s books
I would buy “How to Be A Tudor.” I’m student teaching as a history teacher this fall, and I’m stocking up on all the fun historical books that I can!
I’d buy the audiobook version of Glen Weldon’s “The Caped Crusade.” While I’ve read the book, I love hearing Weldon read his writing; it seems to add another layer of humor to the book.
I’d probably pick up Bay of Sighs. I’m on a book buying ban so some much anticipated titles have ended up the library list instead.
I’d finish out my Maiden Lane series by Elizabeth Hoyt and my Immortal Guardian’s series by Diane Duvall – I’m missing a couple of books from each series. Oh then I’d buy the rest of Jill Shalvis’ Animal Attraction books. And then. . . . yeah, there’s never a shortage of books I want to buy. 🙂
I would get Romeo and/or Juliet by Ryan North because it’s one of the few books I think has to be a physical book to be satisfying. Most all of my other books are ebooks.
Super cute bag. Thanks for the giveaway. I’d head over to Schulers books and get the new Lumberjanes vol 3. Friendship to the max.
Been patiently waiting for Saga vol 6! I’d also start on the Psy/changeling series by Nalini Singh. So many authors, so little time.
I would get Illusion Town by Jayne Castle, and as many of the recently released out of print Signet regency ebooks that i could find, starting with the Mary Balogh ones.
I’d by the last Temeraire book by Naomi Novik- ” League of Dragons”!
