Harlequin has a new website to share free eBooks: RomanceWhenYouNeedIt.com. Yay! Free reading! And to celebrate, they’d like to give away a Kate Spade bag full of 24 copies of Harlequin series titles.
Nice combination, right? I love this bag – take a look:
That is the Kate Spade Clement Street Blair bag in straw. It’s 11.7” tall by 12.5” wide, and 5.5” in diameter. The handle drop (this is a crucial number for me when handbag shopping – it’s the distance between the top of the handle and the top edge of the bag) is 9”. You can easily carry this bag over your shoulder. It has two interior pockets and a wide bottom so it’ll stand up on its own.
And it’s CUTE.
Plus, it’ll come with 24 Harlequin series titles to keep you busy for most of the summer. Yay!
Standard disclaimers apply: I’m not being compensated for this giveaway. Void where prohibited. open to US residents (sorry, sorry!). Must be over 18 and ready to tote and read. Closer cover before striking. Do not put books into washing machine. There is no hidden message to be revealed by reading this disclaimer backwards though it may produce some compelling avant-garde poetry. Reheat at 350 for 25 minutes covered with foil. I would carry my bag full of books to a house on the ocean where I can read and hear the waves lap along the shore. My perfect place to read is some place where I the noises around me function as white noise. I love reading at home, but family conversation is distracting to me.;)
I would carry it with me on all my weekend getaways this summer.
I’d carry my bag all over Silicon Valley. Making sure to have at least 1 book left to read.
I’d grab my tote of Harlequins (and some sunblock) and head straight for the Quoddy Head Lighthouse for the day. One blanket, a sandwich, some homemade lemonade, the sun, and I at the foot of a beautiful red and white striped lighthouse overlooking the rocky Maine Coast. Home sweet home. <3
I would take this awesome book filled tote with me to the park we have across the street, claim one of the swings on the playground, and start devouring book after book.
I would take it outside on a covered veranda so I could read in the sun without getting too hot
To the beach! Anywhere tropical for me. Please and thank you.
I’d carry my bag of books in that beautiful tote to the beach. I love to ready by the ocean — so relaxing!
Mostly I’d carry it to my back deck, but hopefully to the beach and a couple of lakes in upstate NY, too.
There are a couple parks around here with nice shady benches. I’d probably try for one of those, or I just was given a new picnic blanket, so maybe I’d find a good place to set that out.
EVERYWHERE.
You never know when you might need an emergency romance session
To the deck. To the pool. To the library. And repeat.
To my children’s various concerts and recitals and hide them neatly behind the programs.
I would carry my bag full of books to the beach in Orange County! Thank you for the wonderful giveaway.

Everywhere….’cuz I usually end up reading everywhere 😉
My favourite place to read is on the back deck at my trailer up north. Sun shining, lounge chair, drink in one hand, book in the other, while breathing in the Muskoka air. Heaven!
The tote full of books would go with me on every camping trip this summer. Nothing like sitting around a campfire with a good book.
I am so close to finishing my master’s degree — I would reward myself with a full summer block of pleasure reading, and I would probably carry that bag truly EVERYWHERE! 🙂
I would carry it to my favorite reading nook at my grandma’s house. It is a beautiful 2nd floor windowseat full of cushions and pillows.
Hello,I carry a kate of spade tote bag to place my book. I us the back and white one with stripes. Love this bags and the designer. I love to read outside in a park or in my garden. It make me relax and enter a new world.
I would take the bag to Savannah and Tybee Island where I’m spend 8 days touring, eating and relaxing at the end of May.
I would carry the tote around all day and read while I work and go about my day. One hand will hold the book in front of me and the other will do all the other boring things like type on the computer, open mail, feed the kids, etc…
I’d carry them to the cabin! I love reading in the hammock or out on the boat.
To my local park, our weather is beautiful in Florida!
I’d carry my bag of books to one of several favorite reading spots by the water here in Seattle. One of my favorites is along Lake Washington, so I can jump in the lake to cool off if it gets too hot. 🙂
I would take these books on a car trip, while my husband drives, with my feet sticking out of the window. I don’t care where we go, as long as we are together.
The beach! Where It would sit next to me (on a towel, of course) while I read under the shade of a beach umbrella.
A Kate spade bag full of romance. Definitely the beach.
In my backyard beneath the trees. It’s a calm, private place I love to read.
I’d probably put the 24 books atop my mountainous to be read pile then head to the library with the empty bag to collect all the books on my hold shelf.
Non-stop flight from SFO to Sydney in one of those fully flat seats!!!
The beach this summer – my favorite (and most productive) place to read.
I would carry my bag out to the back yard and just collapse under the tree and read and read and read, until the natural daylight went away!
I’d carry my bag to my recliner beach chair on my deck. I can have easy access to the comforts of home, but I can sit outside on a beautiful day and have some peace and quiet!
I would take mine to a nice beach in Hawaii!
I would love to win this bag! I’d fill it up with my sunglasses, sunscreen, iPad, and something cold to drink and then I’d find a quiet place outside to read!
I could spend time lounging out on tar beach ( NYC rooftop) reading these titles. With the cute tote though, I might make sure to promenade around my neighborhood first.
My sitting room! Nice view of our backyard and pond, with ducks and geese (before all the baby goslings grow up and it becomes a mine field).
My favorite place to read is a worn leather chair in the sunny windows of the local coffeeshop.
I’d carry it with me on our summer vacation to my parents’ farm in Minnesota. Such lovely outdoor summer reading there if you keep a can of mosquito spray handy…
