That is the Kate Spade Clement Street Blair bag in straw. It’s 11.7” tall by 12.5” wide, and 5.5” in diameter. The handle drop (this is a crucial number for me when handbag shopping – it’s the distance between the top of the handle and the top edge of the bag) is 9”. You can easily carry this bag over your shoulder. It has two interior pockets and a wide bottom so it’ll stand up on its own.

To the beach!!
I would cart the books out to my back yard and enjoy my hammock. I would also require a tall frosty glass of lemonade.
Everywhere!! Mostly to the beach. We go to the beach a LOT, so it would get lots of use. Thanks for the chance to win.
I’d definitely be toting around the books I need to write my masters thesis this summer. That includes the romance novels I’ll end up reading to stay sane.

I’d carry this into the bathroom, where I can hide from my children and read in blissful solitude for a while 10-15 minutes at a stretch.
That bag with all those lovely books would be hidden in back of my reading chair (my teenager would “borrow” the bag and I would never see it again!). I would open the French doors in my office and read in the FL sunshine while the wonderful spring breeze ruffled the pages!
I would carry my bag of books to the Boston Public Gardens so that I can feel the sun on my skin while I disappear into a book.

I would tote that tote to my sister’s wedding in Seattle next month. Aside from making the plane trip more enjoyable, I think with all the stress of a wedding, we could all use a nice reminder that romance and love and happily ever afters is why we’re all gathered there in the first place.
I would carry it to the waiting room of the clinic where my husband is having dialysis–it takes a long time!

Well, I’m about to take my younger, equally-Romance-loving sister to Key West as a surprise for her 50th birthday, so if they arrived in time, that’s where we’d be reading them … if not, they’ll come up to my boyfriend’s island lake house to be devoured either on the screened in porch or down on the long dock by the boathouse, T&T in hand and great music in the background. BTW, there needs to be a better word than “boyfriend” once you hit the over-50 threshold!

I’m taking a 10 day trip out of the country this summer and leaving my tablet and phone behind. I’d take this bag-o-books with me. 24 books should be enough to cover my trip right?! ; )
I would carry this adorable bag full of books outside, to our little tiki room. I’d put on a record, and enjoy the warm breezes-and read away!
Three spots come to mind — the beach (when we go on vaca at the end of the summer), my kids’ various sporting events (for the time waiting for games to start), and our local lake to sit on a bench beside the water.
My perfect place to read is literally anywhere.
When the weather is good, I love to read outdoors. There’s a park that has a waterfall and it sounds great.
I’d carry it everywhere because I always have a hot read with me and that is one sexy summer tote.

I would carry my bag of books on every plane and train ride I take until they are all finished (so for me, about a month 🙂 ).
That bag is almost too pretty to use! The best place to read in the summer is the screened-in front porch and that bag is a pretty place to keep TBR books.
I am stereotypical but I would just take my bag of books to the beach.
That bag would come everywhere with me and so would the books. As the mother of a middle schooler with lots of after school activities it would come with me to baseball, karate, and piano lessons and I read the books while sitting in the car (away from it those mosquitoes). Ideally though I’d be at the beach, any beach.
When life gets stressful, read a book! I will take this with me when I take my youngest child to college this summer. Best remedy for sadness, a liberal dose of HEAs in a Kate Spade.
I’ve been doing a lot of traveling this year so I’d bring the bag and books to the airport and airplane to read.
I’ll take it to the pier so I can enjoy the breeze while reading.
I would use the bag to carry my kindle tablet, which I can read my trashy books on and check the Smart Bitches blog constantly. Plus, it’s super cute and might atrract a hot guy, (a girl can dream.)
