Sweetest Scoundrel by Elizabeth Hoyt is $2.99! This is book nine in the Maiden Lane series, which is a favorite with many romance readers. Elyse was pretty excited about this release last November. However on Goodreads, some found the climax (heh) was a little underwhelming and there was a lot going on. It has a 3.9-star rating on Goodreads.

Coming Back by Lauren Dane is $1.99! Thanks to Reader Ellie for the heads up about this sale! This is an erotic contemporary romance with a menage, the third book in the Ink & Chrome series, and Elyse really enjoyed the first book in this series. Some readers felt that a lot of the beginning exposition was missing for the characters, but fans of Dane’s triad/menage romances really enjoyed this.

Total Surrender by Rebecca Zanetti is $1.99 and is the fourth book in her Sin Brothers series! The series is mainly romantic suspense with a few paranormal components thrown in just to spice things up. The book has a lot of four and five star ratings on GoodReads (it has a 4.3 average), though some of the complaints mention the heroine’s rather naive personality. Has anyone read this one?

YotaAmai: Hold off for a bit, as apparently a new Kindle device is going to be announced next week. It is supposed to be a premium device so may be a successor to the current Voyage.

I’ve had three of my old kindles die in the last month (after an update) and just haven’t gotten around to buying a new one. If I don’t have a backup kindle I’m not happy…. Now I’m glad I waited if a new model is coming out. Sometimes procrastination is it’s own reward!
@I am Kate: I can’t speak for the Kindles, but if you re-initialize the nook, all your titles will still show, you will just have to re-download anything you want to read. This does not apply to any books you side-loaded. Those have to be reloaded manually. I have to reinitialize about once a year.
BN has a PC app that pre-dates the nook that they no longer support but can be found on third party sites. I use it to back-up my nook about once a month. It was never meant to handle the volume of books I have, so it takes a long time to load, but it gives me hard-drive backup, which is then backed up elsewhere.
Or you could just archive anything you don’t plan to re-read. That will also free up space.
