It has an opposites attract romance between a ballroom teacher and a mechanic hero. The book comes from a Harlequin Australia imprint and Sarah interviewed managing editor, Kate Cuthbert, who described it as:

Tiger’s Eye by Karen Robards is 99c! This historical romance originally came out in the late eighties and features a romance between an aristocrat and a criminal. Some readers felt the descriptions of the characters didn’t match their actions, but many loved the class differences romance. It has a 3.8-star rating on Goodreads.

I highly recommend Sweet Disorder and Grease Monkey Jive, especially at those prices. Sweet Disorder features a beta hero and a wonderful, strong, full-figured heroine – all catnip to me. Grease Monkey Jive is all about ballroom dancing – how can you resist that? After reading it, I read a couple of Ainslie Paton’s other books and have really enjoyed them. She doesn’t follow the usual romance tropes at all.
I bought the Mary Berry cookbook the last time it was on sale. There is a fruity banana bread recipe I’ve made twice now and it became an instant keeper recipe.
I also add my own Rose Lerner “squee” to the conversation.
