Sustained
Sustained by Emma Chase is $1.99! The description of this book always makes me smile, and I’m tempted to liken this to a fairy tale romance. The hero swears up and down that he’s no Prince Charming, yet he still helps out the heroine and her gaggle of nieces and nephews. The book is well-reviewed on Goodreads with a 4.4-star rating. However, be warned, the book is told from the hero’s POV, which I know isn’t for everyone.

Walk Through Fire by Kristen Ashley is $3.99! This is the fourth book in her Chaos series, which focuses on a motorcycle club. The couple of this book is also a little older than your typical romance pairing. If I can math this morning, the main characters are in their late thirties. Like most Ashley books, people either love them or hate them because they are filled to the brim with angst and melodrama. This book was just released last week and the previous books in the Chaos series are also $3.99!

Caught by Clare James is 99c! This is a contemporary sports romance between a celebrity race car driver and the PR woman hoping to reform his image. Some readers felt a few scenes were out of place and WTF-ish, while others thought the heroine has some pretty, hefty brass lady balls. It has a 3.7-star rating on Goodreads.

All Played Out by Cora Carmack is $1.99! This is one of the few New Adult series that I actually enjoy. In All Played Out, we have a friends with benefits/opposites attract trope. Some readers felt that this one didn’t live up to the love they felt for the previous two books, while others loved how the couple progressed from something casual to something more. The previous two books in the series have been featured before on past sale posts and mentioned in a podcast episode. You can pick them up for discounted sale prices as well!
First person in her family to go to college? CHECK.

I read Walk Through Fire last week, and I believe they hero and heroine are 43 and 41, respectively. It wasn’t my favorite KA, I definitely like other books in this series better. KA definitely has a lot of older couples (at least for romance), mostly mid-30’s to early 40’s, with a few 20s thrown in.
I just read the excerpt for SUSTAINED and, boy, did I enjoy that. Thanks for the link.
