Top book on my to buy pile at the moment is Falling Under by Lauren Dane.
I’m in the mood for some sci fi romance! I just read Releasing Rage and loved it, so can’t wait to try out more Cynthia Sax.
The Immortal Heights by Sherry tThomas and Cast in Honor by Michelle Sagara are next on my “to buy” list,
Magic Shifts! I borrowed it from the library and read it twice before it was due back, but I want to own a copy, too, of course.
I think I’d buy Lumberjanes, too! Or Rainbow Rowell’s upcoming Carry On.
Comics! Lumberjanes and Rat Queens and The Thrilling Adventures of Lovelace and Babbage.
I’d rather read print comics, but they are expensive.
(Yes, two out of three I know solely because of CarrieS’s reviews. I don’t know whether to blame her or thank her.)
What’s not on my book wish list? My Amazon wish list is 27 pages long!
Oh man, I have so many books on my wish list… where to start. I think one that I’ve very much looking forward to at the moment is The Cinder Spires by Jim Butcher. I’m a big fan of Butcher’s other work, so I’m excited to try out his new series.
I’d also look at buying The Invasion of the Tearling, by Erika Johansen. I really enjoyed the first book and I’m expecting that I will love the sequel as well!
1. Cara McKenna – After Hours (I have the ebook, would buy a physical book if available)
2. Nalini Singh – Archangel’s Enigma
Thanks, Sarah!
Something old school, like Cynthia Wright.
Nalini Singh’s Archangel’s Enigma — almost had a free copy of this book before its release courtesy of Nalini at our recent RWNZ conference, but I felt so bad about beating out one of her other fans I let her have it instead… and then promptly wished I hadn’t been so nice. Yeah, I’m a bad friend, but hey, it was Archangel’s Enigma!
All Kinds of Tied Down by Mary Calmes (m/m ftw!)
The Chocolate Touch, by Laura Florand!
Clariel by Garth Nix is on the top of the list!! I’ve been waiting for ages for it to turn up at the library. Or Kate Beaton’s Step Aside Pops. Or Liar, Temptress, Solider, Spy by Karen Abbott. The last two have been sitting on my TBR list since seeing them on the site!
Hi,
I’d buy Archangel’s Engima by Nalini Singh. Love her Archangel series!
I can’t wait to read Cold Hearted rake by Lisa Kleypas and Born of Betrayal by Sherrilyn Kenyon!
My next book purchase with be Daniel’s True Desire by Grace Burrowes.
Love her books!
and love Smart Bitches!!!
Thank you from a lurker.
Thanks for holding the contest!
“Winter” by Marissa Meyer won’t be out until November, so my first purchase would likely be “The Madness of Lord Westfall” by Mia Marlowe (Kindle Edition).
I’ve got Lisa Kleypas’s upcoming historical at the top of my “book to buy” list. 🙂 Thanks so much for having this giveaway!
I’ve been wanting to read Sinful by Charlotte Featherstone for a long time, so that’d be my first buy. And Lisa Kleypas and Susan Elizabeth Phillips are always on the menu.
I’d get the Rock Chick series just for starter. I keep putting off getting it in spite of hearing how great it is. Thanks a ton.
I keep looking for a physical copy of Darling Beast by Elizabeth Hoyt at my local used bookstore, and it is definitely at the top of my to-buy-when-I-get-giftcards list. I know it’s been offered as a digital deal several times, but once I start buying a series in one format, I prefer to keep them all in the same format. Call me crazy, but I bet it’s a crazy that many others in the bitchery share.
Hmmmm…there are so many, but getting the new Christina Lauren that comes out tomorrow tops my current list!
I’ve already hit the preorder button for the next Loretta Chase novel. She’s one of the very few authors who is automatic, buy-at-full-price and clear-the-calendar-on-relase-day for me.
Dragonfly in Amber by Diana Gabaldon. Just got into Outlander and loved it! Why did it take me so long?!
At the top of my list – When a Scot Ties the Knot by Tessa Dare.
I just got Magic Shifts and pre-ordered the next October Daye, two series I love. I finally got around to reading Written in Red, devoured A Murder of Crows and Vision in Silver. Now I’m waiting for the next novel, Marked in Flesh,to come out- in March 🙁
I’m behind on the Argeneau Vampire series by Lynsay Sands,so I’d get The Immortal Who Loved Me
Definitely Jenny Lawson’s new book, “Furiously Happy”- I’ve been waiting so patiently. Also Kate Beaton’s new book, she’s an auto-buy for sure.
The book at the top of my to-buy list is White Hot by Ilona Andrews… alas, I have many more months to wait before I can buy it!
The new Mary Balogh, Tessa Dare and Meredith Duran. And hundreds of others!!
The first book I’d likely buy is Tessa Dare’s latest. Of course, I have a list of books that is plenty long enough to use up all the gift cards.
I would buy the latest by Mary Balogh and Kele Moon
There are too many to choose just one. But I’m thinking The Highwayman from this month’s hide your wallet post.
I would pre-order Julie Anne Long’s The Legend of Lyon Redmond. I can’t wait to read Olivia and Lyon’s story!
OH wait one gosh darned New York Second. Hold the horses! I take back my previous entry. May I do that?
If I win, I would buy *******ALL******** the books by Dorothy Dunnett
http://www.amazon.com/Dorothy-Dunnett/e/B000APE786/ref=sr_tc_2_0?qid=1442283341&sr=8-2-ent
My wish list is so long it’s hard to pick just one…The Chocolate Temptation by Laura Florand.
The Bollywood Bride! I’m so looking forward to reading it!
I only started reading romance earlier this year so I am trying hard to catch up with all the amazing books I’ve been missing. The podcast definitely doesn’t help keep my TBR down!
Right now my need to buy books are the rest of the pay-changeling books and The Highwayman!
Saga volume 5
