Reminder: Q&A with Nalini Singh at East Brunswick NJ Barnes & Noble!

Book Shards of Hope

Tonight at 7pm ET, I’ll be grilling Nalini Singh with difficult questions about math and science (and Psy-changlings) at the Barnes & Noble in East Brunswick, NJ. You can find all the details on the events page!

But! If you can’t make it, is there a question you’d like me to ask Nalini on your behalf? I’m happy to include your esoteric questions, or those weird ones that talk about trains leaving opposite stations. (Kidding – I dislike those immensely.)

Please feel free to leave your queston in the comments! And if you’re attending, I am so looking forward to it, and will see you this evening!

    Hi Sara

    Could you ask her who will feature in the next book.

    And whos the guy behind the committee. Maybe you can be sneaky and ask it sort of casually. She might answer without thinking.

    Also does she plan to ever come to south africa.

    Thanks for asking these questions for those of us who cannot attend.

  2. Kelsey C. says:

    Could you ask when Venom’s book might happen? I know that is her Guild Hunter series but I fall a little more each time I read a new book.

  3. Violet Bick says:

    This question may sound odd and weird, but what I always wondered about in the Guild Hunter series is: It has been written that if an angel is ancient enough he/she can be revived even if their head has been cut off. So what I was wondering is, do they have to have both head and body to revive the angel, or just head, or just body? And if just one part, then which one? (Other angels have regrown missing limbs, so I was wondering where the regrowth starts from.)

  4. library addict says:

    Will we ever discover who Henry was talking about in Slave to Sensation when he was tagging the records and made the cryptic comment about the youngest boy being a cause for concern?

    Also, with Kit/Noah’s book ready for October does that mean Abe’s story will be a novella?

    I hope Nalini will be a guest again someday on the DBSA podcast. I have always wondered if Jane reacted the way you all predicted in the earlier podcast interview after the Ghost reveal.

    Have a great time!

    I just realized i never said the questions is for the psy changeling series. Had a weird day yesterday.

    @Marie:

    Don’t worry, I knew what you meant! I did ask her about the committee and the architect and she smiled enigmatically and said exactly nothing. But she also said she would love to go to South Africa someday! 🙂

    Thanks for the questions!

  7. Marjie Dry says:

    Thanks for asking her. Maybe I should have said I’ll take her to the Kruger National Park if she tells me what I want to know.
    I absolutely love her books although whenever I’ve read anything of hers I’m depressed and unable to write for two weeks she’s just so good.

  8. This is completely selfish of me. My public library has nothing of hers in it. Despite my request. I did check out a book called “The Big Book of Paranormal Romance” and it included one of her stories and I adored it. So naturally I looked at Amazon and bazinga! The Kindle editions of her books are so expensive and I never see any of them for sale in any of the many newsletters of cheap Kindle books I receive.

    So my completely selfish question is this: When might I hope for some really cheap Kindle versions?

    SBSarah… East Brunswick, NJ, eh? I grew up in Princeton, NJ, not that far away. But I did not detect a hint of Jersey in your voice when we chatted.

  9. Kelsey C. says:

    @Gloriamarie Amalfitano I was going to say I would “loan” you them for Kindle but I went and checked and the only one of her books I can loan is Rock Courtship which is a novella. =(

  10. Kelsey, what a generous thought and act on your part. Thank you.

  11. @SB Sarah says:

    @Gloriamarie: I’m not native to Jersey, alas. I’m from Pittsburgh, which has its own regional accent. 🙂

  12. mei says:

    is there any recording or transcript of this? i’d love to read/hear the session!

  13. @SB Sarah says:

    @Mei:

    Unfortunately, no, there isn’t a recording or transcript. I’m sorry!
