  1. Jen says:

I knock on wood for luck. Or, in the absence of wood, I knock on my head, or the head of the person sitting next to me.

  2. I mean, I keep a condom in my purse in case I get lucky…

  3. LSUReader says:

My good luck superstitions all revolve around football. On gameday, I wear my lucky shirt, arrange football mascots through the house, make sure Hubby is in another room and pray (different prayers for offense and defense) during the game. Thanks for a great giveaway.

  4. Katie Coss says:

If my kids are around, then I rub their heads for good luck. My mom used to do it to me, so I passed it on.

  5. Candace Fox says:

I cross my fingers is about all I do for luck. It’s all in the attitude. Positive attitude usually mean I get what I want…

  6. Celia Marsh says:

It’s not lucky as such, but I have a ring my mother bought me (just a pretty little sapphire flower ring from the 80s) when I was buying my condo and needed to be reminded not to stress about things. It’s my zen ring–when I look at it, I’m supposed to remember to take a breath and calm down. I also have another ring I wear for job interviews to remind me to smile and relax so I’m more me, less serious corporate podperson. I fidget with my rings all the time anyways, so them having jobs means that when I mess about with them, I’ll remember.

  7. dina s says:

I don’t have anything special or fun for luck, just beg, plead and cross everything, lol

  8. Tiffany Upperman says:

For luck I will rub a penny. And if I see a coin I always pick it up.

  9. Missi M says:

I don’t really have any lucky charms. My hubby does though. When he used to deliver pizzas as a 2nd job, he would rub my boobs before he left. He did it once as a joke and got good tips. The funny thing is, if he would forget to do it his tips were terrible. So I have a lucky chest!

  10. I have two stones that go with me all the time. Either in my purse or pocket. My nephew gave them to me when he was about 3. When I asked him why he was giving me his special rocks, that what he called them. He told me because he loved me lots! That was 30 years ago.

  11. jackie woodland says:

Nothing really if lady luck is with me then, if not oh well.

*I NEVER ask whats next when I am having a run of bad luck. Something worse always happens.
    * If I see a penny on the ground and it is on tails I will not pick it up.
    * I do pick up penny’s on heads for good luck.
    * I try not to step on cracks in sidewalks.
    * I always use the manners my Great Grandmother taugght me even though she is not with me anymore for fear of her slapping me…lol (silly I know)

  23. Jane L says:

I wish on the moon, particularly the full ones. Doesn’t always work, but it’s less vicious than a rabbit’s foot (poor bunny). 🙂

  24. Tammy Richardson says:

I don’t really have a lucky charm. However I still do the old-fashion X on the steering wheel when a black cat cross the road in front of me. Some of you are probably too young to remember that superstition!!

  25. J says:

The only ritual I can remember is when I was in grade school and believed luck was real. I would watch Chicago Bulls basketball games on TV with my dad and bring two items with me to the sofa: a pair of bumble bee slippers and a Disneyland scepter that had a snowglobe filled with water and confetti. I would tap the scepter on one of the bees and make a wish that they would bring luck to the Bulls.

  26. Liesa Manis says:

No good luck charms. Just day a prayer!

  36. I don’t usually have any kind of ritual just a lot of hope.

  37. Bea says:

No lucky charms for me up to now. “Keep calm and carry on” is my motto. However, I’ll be willing to revise my lack of rituals if I win this bracelet. Thank all you lovely ladies for this givaway. I already have the e-copy of the book waiting for me on my Kindle. They had me at “Irish”.

  38. Ramona Kekstadt says:

Always knock on wood. A ritual with me. I also carry a golf angel with me my mom gave me. A small rosary my mom gave me. It has a small medel from Austria. It was blessed there. That goes with me everywhere. If I change purses it goes with me.
