  • Upside Down

    Upside Down by Lia Riley

Upside Down by Lia Riley is $3.99 in the US, and $2.99 in Australia and New Zealand right now. This is book 1 of a New Adult trilogy featuring a heroine who struggles with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (as in, if she doesn’t complete one of many rituals correctly, like tapping the counter in a specific rhythm, she believes completely that someone in her family will die). She decides to study abroad in Australia, and meets a surly surfer dude who fascinates her.

If You Never Get Lost, You’ll Never Be Found

Twenty-one-year-old Natalia Stolfi is saying goodbye to painful memories—and turning her life upside down with a trip to the land down under. For the next six months, she’ll pretend to be a carefree exchange student. Everything is going to plan until she meets a surly surfer with hypnotic green eyes, and the troubling ability to see straight through her act.

Bran Lockhart is having the worst year on record. After the girl of his dreams turned into a nightmare, he slunk back to Melbourne to piece his life together. Yet no amount of disappointment could blind him to the pretty California girl who gets past all his defenses. He’s never wanted anyone the way he wants Talia. A single semester abroad won’t cover something this serious. But when Bran gets a stark reminder of why he stopped believing in love, he and Talia must decide if what they have is once-in-a-lifetime . . . or if there’s a plane to California with her name on it.

  • Sideswiped

    Sideswiped by Lia Riley

Sideswiped by Lia Riley is $3.99 in the US, and should be the same price in Australia and New Zealand (that’s a Kobo link – I hope I coded that right). This continues the story of the characters from book 1, Talia and Bran, and alternates their points of view. This book has a 4+ star average, and readers seem to really enjoy the continuing emotional development of these characters.

It was only meant to last the summer . . .

Talia Stolfi has seen more than her share of loss in her twenty-one years. But then fate brought her Bran Lockhart, and her dark world was suddenly and spectacularly illuminated. So if being with Bran means leaving her colorless NorCal life for rugged and wild Australia, then that’s what she’ll do. But as much as Talia longs to give herself over completely to a new beginning, the fears of her past are still lurking in the shadows.

Bran Lockhart knows that living without the beautiful girl who stole his heart will be torment, so he’ll take whatever time with her he can. But even though she has packed up her life in California and is back in his arms for the time being, she can’t stay forever. And the remaining time they have together is ticking by way too fast. Though fate seems determined to tear them apart, they won’t give up without a fight—because while time may have limits, their love is infinite . . .

  • Inside Out

    Inside Out by Lia Riley

Inside Out by Lia Riley is book 3 in the trilogy that follows Talia and Bran. It just came out at the beginning of the month, and should be $4.99 in Australia and New Zealand, and $3.99/3.79 in the US. Per the author, “INSIDE OUT is NOT intended as a stand alone so it’s highly recommended you read UPSIDE DOWN and SIDESWIPED first.”

    True love turns your soul…

    INSIDE OUT

The Off the Map series comes to a stunning conclusion.

Lia Riley made New Adult readers fall in love with her breakout debut, Upside Down. Sideswiped, the second of her series, made readers clamor for more. Now, with INSIDE OUT, the evocative Off the Map series comes to a stunning conclusion.

When Talia first moved from California to Australia to study abroad, she never dreamed she’d find the love of her life. Bran understands her like no one ever has before. And despite the numerous challenges they’ve faced, they’ve always managed to figure out how to stay together. But this time they’ll face their toughest hurdle yet. Is their love strong enough to go the distance?

  1. Jennifer Norwood says:

This was my favorite series of 2014! I love Bran and Talia so hard. Wish I could read it again for the first time ?

  2. Megan says:

Yep, one of my top series of 2014. I think the author made so many wise choices and her characterization is spot on. She also can write the crap out of analogies. 🙂

  3. Liv H. says:

I loved this series! Super entertaining. Angst, but also the humor and heart. If you haven’t tried, I highly recommend!

  4. Kate says:

I’m sure everyone has read this and/or owns it, but Diana Gabaldon’s “Dragonfly in Amber” is $0.99! That’s right, $0.99!
I own a paperback copy AND reread it in May, but I bought this ebook edition anyway, because these books are HUGE and the type is tiny and I’m determined to own cheap, cheap ebook editions of them all.

  5. Lindsay says:

This was in my top 3 NA books in 2014. Australian romance, am I right? It couldn’t get better.
