On the sixth night of Hanukkah, Smart Bitches gave to me: another Kindle WiFi Paperwhite so when I read in the dark I can see!
Yup, we're still sharing the reader love this Hanukkah! I'm giving away a Wi-Fi Kindle Paperwhite with Special Offers at random to someone in the comments.
All you have to do (no big deal) is tell us what book you're most looking forward to reading, soon, next year, whatever. What's burning up your TBR pile? Because hey, if we're going to recommed books, we're going to recommend 300+ books, right? Right.
Standard disclaimers apply: I'm not being compensated for this giveaway. Void where prohibited. Must be 18 years of age and ready to read pretty much anytime to win. Open to international residents.
You have 24 hours to leave your comment. I've got a few hours to wrap more presents, and then we can all take a break and read, k?
Happy Hanukkah, everyone!

The Duchess War by Courtney Milan. I bought it this morning before work, and I can’t wait to start it when I get home. Also looking forward to That Scandalous Summer by Meredith Duran.
The Dangerous Viscount. It just arrived from Amazon.
Reflected in You by Sylvia Day
I really want to read the next Mercy Thompson book – Frost Burned. Can’t wait to see Mercy rescue Adam!
I just bought A Lady By Midnight by Tessa Dare. I can’t wait until I can find the time to read it.
I totally cannot wait for another Elizabeth Hoyt book! It is coming in February.
I need to catch up on some Gena Showalter…The Lords of the Underworld series :).
I started out checking out every book mentioned and adding some to the wish list but soon became overwhelmed. Maybe after the new year. Next up to read for me is The Poisonwood Bible which everyone has been recommending forever. I have been a little hesitant b/c of being a missionary kid myself and being worried it would be too intense. However, I am making the plunge ‘cause people are saying it’s so good.
Looking forward to Wallbanger by a new to me author whose name escapes me at the moment.
I need to catch up on some Gena Showalter…The Lords of the Underworld series :).
I can’t wait to read the next book in the Divergent Series by Veronica Roth.
Tracey Devlyn’s Checkmate, My Lord.
I’ve got Passion Play and its sequel, Queen’s play, by Beth Bernobich sitting on my bedside TBR pile. I hope to start them over the holiday break.
The Duchess War
Ack! Way too many books… I just bought Lisa Kleypas’ Dream Lake and I’m trying to save it for the weekend. Also The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern, and A Discovery of Witches by Deborah Harkness, and don’t forget Courtney Milan’s The Duchess War, and Nalini Singh’s Tangle of Need. So. Many. Books.
…and now I’m off to read the rest of the comments to add to my TBR file, shaking fist (lovingly) at SBTB again…
Happy Hanukkah! 🙂
Cold Days is burning a hole into a book shelf but I promised myself I won’t touch it till my finals are over.
The Duchess War by Courtney Milan and the next book in Jennifer Ashley’s Mackenzie series.
My TBR pile is about 20’ tall, or would be if it weren’t ebooks, so its reduction is kind of random.
Currently, the book I’m most anticipating for 2013 is Tiffany Reisz’s “The Mistress”, and that’s at the top of a very long list of must-buys. It’s looking like another expensive year *sigh*
Many! But in terms of books coming out soon, Shades of Gray by Maya Banks.
I’m all ready to read “The Duchess War” by Courtney Milan. Oh, why do I have to work during the week instead of read?
I’ve heard some good things about John Dies at the End….
It’s a tie between Frost Burned and Magic Rises, but thankfully I only have to wait until March for the next Mercy book (waiting until July for the next Kate Daniels book is torture).
Oh, there are so many. The first one that pops into my head is Sarah Maclean’s next one One Good Earl…
Sacre Blue by Christopher Moore. Absolutely love his writing.
Happy Hanukkah!
There are just so many…
If I have to choose just one, I’ll go with Inside by Alix Ohlin <3
I’m on a Linda Howard kick right now … a bunch on request from my library.
Rev It Up, by Julie Ann Walker. So much hilarity (unintentional or otherwise).
I’m eagerly awaiting Unnatural Habits by Kerry Greenwood, the new Phryne Fisher novel. Also the next books by Courtney Milan and Debora Geary.
the courtney milan novella about lydia and grantham from the duchess war. and so many other books in 2013…
Of the next installments I am waiting for the next Kira Brady tops my list. Finished Hearts of Darkness in October and am anxiously awaiting the next installment. As for the books I currently have waiting maybe The Apothecary’s Daughter by Julie Klassen and Night Hawk by Beverly Jenkins.
dead ever after. 5 more months of waiting though.
Beguiling the Bride by Meredith Duran. I like all of her books, but the combo of amnesia and witty banter and second chances sounds particularly appealing.
My TBR pile is a mountain. At the peak of Mount TBR is a little castle wherein dwells Firelight by Kristen Callihan and Coveted by Shawntelle Madison. In the clouds above Mount TBR is golden throne whereupon sits A Memory of Light by Jordan/Sanderson. Yes, a throne. I’ve been waiting 20 years for this series to finish.
The next Psy/Changeling book, Book 12 ~ which I’m hoping (and I KNOW you know!!) is Kaleb’s book. It’s at the tipety topest of my Wish List for next year!!
I’m reading Courtney Milan’s The Duchess War now, tho it’s annoying to me that I only have time to read a few pages or a chapter at a time. I much prefer to sit down and read a whole book at a time. I have been too busy to keep up with all the upcoming releases, so not sure what is coming out when, but I will be cheerfully getting anything new from Nora Roberts, Jill Shalvis, Susan Donovan, Kristin Higgins, Sherry Thomas, Loretta Chase… and a whole slew of others as they come out.
I just got Sinfully Sexy by Linda Francis Lee recommended to me by a friend with pretty good taste.
Throne of Glass by Sarah Maas. It’s been sitting on my TBR pile for awhile and it’s turn has come!
New Sherry Thomas or Courtney Milan.
Lover at Last by J R Ward. Quinn and Blaylock have had me on the edge of my seat since the beginning.
Looking forward to reading Frost Burned by Patricia Briggs when it comes out in March!
