This is it! The final night of Hanukkah! And on the eighth night of Hanukkah, Smart Bitches gave to me: a Kindle Fireeeeeey!
I'm giving away an 8GB Kindle Fire WiFi with Special Offers to one person chosen at random from the comments in this thread.
Just leave a comment saying which television show or film you'd watch first – after you read a book or two, of course!
Standard disclaimers apply: I'm not being compensated for this giveaway. Void where prohibited. Must be 18 years of age and feeling groovy. Open to international residents.
You've got 24 hours to leave a comment.
Thanks for playing along with me for eight crazy days of Hanukkah Extravaganzah! Happy Hanukkah!

Battlestar Galatica, without a doubt.
NCIS and Criminal Minds – love those shows!!
I’d catch up on Downton Abbey!
Parks and Recreation, I love Aziz Ansari
TV Show would have to be The Big Bang Theory.
This time of year I would have to watch Love Actually 🙂
Pride and Prejudice. The Colin Firth version
I’d watch Pillars of the Earth. Loved the book.
I would watch New Girl! Zooey is so cute and funny!
I am totally addicted to Person of Interest.
I’d watch Christmas Vacation ~ because nothing makes me feel like it’s truly the Holiday season more! Love me some Griswold Christmas!!
dr who
True Blood! I’ve only made it through the first season so far…
Downton Abbey. Or Buffy. And, thank you for all of these great giveaways. I hope you have had a wonderful Hanukkah!
Once I finish my TBR pile I definitely am going to catch up on This season’s Castle. I am so happy Beckett and Castle are together…..
Elementary. I didn’t learn about the series until a few episodes in. Great show.
I would fire up Inspector Lewis, unless of course my husband clicked on Downton Abbey first. The man is obsessed with that show!
The Doctor Who Christmas Special of course
Though question but knowing me I’ll probably watch Say Yes to the Dress in one of it’s many editions. It’s like the ultimate brain candy for me.
Or maybe some hallmark movie? I LOVE hallmark movies, even if they are kinda bad.
I would download Faceoff! Love that show!!
I’ve been trying to get started on Battlestar Gallactica for faaar too long, so I’d go for that first. 🙂
Happy Hanukkah!!
Since I’m by nature a multi-tasking type of person I usually have the TV on in the background WHILE I’m reading. The reading is much more interesting!
I usually end up putting on something like HGTV and my husband says it’s because I want to move to be near our grandchildren! Okay, so I often give him “hints” of what he could be doing to the house to make it more appealing but I’m actually trying to get him to leave me alone so I can read just “one more chapter”!
I would probably stream something from pbs on amazon prime. I love the Ken Burns documentaries or nova.
Supernatural or Castle!
I’d catch up on Person of Interest.
I’m so behind on everything TV and movie related that it is hard to say where I’d start. I think I might have to do Firefly first (I’ve seen them but I’d like to watch them all back to back) and then Serenity. Then maybe I’d go old school and redo all the old Star Trek episodes and then the movies.
Oh, and Grimm! I need to find time to start watching that too.
I would watch the first season of Girls that just came out as I missed it when it was on TV this past summer 🙂
Dr Who
Inspector Lewis, Downton Abbey, Sherlock, basically I am a PBS junkie.
Another Big Bang Theory here. Winning would be a sign that my dance of the last two months of should I or shouldn’t I has fallen on the “just buy it already” triangle in my mental Magic 8 Ball.
Downton Abbey, no question.
I would probably watch the first season of Grim. I don’‘t usually watch TV. I am usually reading!
I have to watch the Daily Show! Love Jon Stewart.
Doctor Who!
I’m in the middle of season 3 Downton Abbey, it would be fabulous if I could watch that, but assuming I can’t figure out how to illegally download it, I’d catch up on old episodes of True Blood.
I would watch 30 Rock because I love Liz Lemon. And also because the moving company I used to move my stuff across country “lost” my TV that I received as a gift last year and watched twice.
I would give this to my husband…he’d probably watch NCIS or West Wing
After reading a book or two, I’d watch Elementary, to feel the chemistry between Watson and Sherlock Holmes!
Colbert Report.
… and …
The Daily Show.
The new season of Downton Abbey!!
