You know that gleaming white… thing on the abdomen of Jo Goodman’s upcoming book? The one that, as Goodman’s editor said, once you see it, you can’t NOT see it?
You want a copy of your own, right? Sure you do. I mean, not only is there Accidental Dong on the cover, but it’s Jo Freaking Goodman, who many a romance readers adores for her emotional old West historicals.
Want one? I have three. I giggle every time I look at them. Easy as pie: just leave a comment and tell me your favorite Goodman romance, or, if you haven’t tried Goodman, your favorite Western romance.

Too funny!
I don’t have any favorites, among her books, I’m afraid – I can’t remember having read any of her books. Gotta correct that!
Hm. “congress59” I don’t think the really filthy stuff – politics – is referenced here – my mind is firmly in the other gutter!
i loved If His Kiss is Wicked. One of my favourites of all time.
How lovely to see a shaft of sunlight getting so much attention.
Marry Me would have to be my favorite, though Never Love a Lawman is a very very close second. She’s one of those writers whose books I didn’t think I’d enjoy, and then ended up getting sucked into the world.
I’ve never read Jo Goodman either. And my favorite westerns would be the whole Little House on the Prairie series. Seriously. 🙂
Accidental dong is definitely my idea of bonus content.
Oh, favorite Goodman—A Season to Be Sinful. The follow-ups are excellent too.
I love Western romance. I even wrote a Western romance.
For the love of all ducks, I don’t know how I’ve missed Ms. Goodman’s work but after seeing this cover it’s a mistake I’ll rectify.
Thanks for the contest – I’d love to have this book with the original cover.
I have never read Jo Goodman, though I have a couple of her early titles in my collection. Guess I’d better pick one and start. My favorite westerns (other than my own, of course 😉 ) are Spencer’s Hummingbird and Candace Camp’s The Rainbow Season and “old school” Susannah Leigh’s Winter Fire and “new school” Alexis Harrington’s Homeward Hearts.
Jane Elliot’s The End of the Trail is a historical western m/m that I liked, but I have a soft spot for Linda Howard’s The Touch of Fire. Jo Goodman would be an interesting comparison.
DING DONG! lol! I have never read any of the books but would love to.
My fav is definitely If His Kiss Is Wicked. Love the ARC cover, I can’t unsee it now:)
My favorite Jo Goodman is Marry Me. Thanks for the giveaway.
Of her Westerns, my favorite is Marry Me since I found the characters so vivid and the situation so sad for the heroine. I have especially enjoyed her other historicals, such as the compass books too.
I’ve never read an historical western romance nor have I read a Jo Goodman romance novel. However, I do love cowboy romances (does that count as a western, I get confused) and my favorite one so far is Taming Blackhawk.
What if you never read Western romances or love stories or anything like that? (Would Pam Houston’s Cowboys are my weakness count?)

Definitely Beyond A Wicked Kiss. Wicked!
My favorite Jo Goodman is The Price of Desire. But I love ANYTHING Jo Goodman-y. I even bought out of print books while I waited for Marry Me, which I LOVED, to come out, so PICK ME!!!
I haven’t read a western yet, but I’d love to give one a try!
I’ve never read a Jo Goodman book, but my favorite western is the decidedly old-skool “Lady of the West” by Linda Howard.
My word: head49. So. Many. Things. I. Could. Say… Must resist…
Jo Goodman IS my # 1 favorite rom author. Her stories are always multi-dimensional, and she never disappoints. Hard to pick a fave, but have to go with one of the first I read, More Than You Wished. Was really happy to see how well If His Kiss is Wicked was (and I see still is) received. It’s near the top of my list too.
I love westerns but dont think I have every read a Jo Goodman … I must start now! 😉
I loved Marry Me, and I really loved the now you see ii, now you don’t post! sign me up for a chance to win, thanks, Heather
Well I went to university in ‘west’ Wales, (aberystwyth) does that count?
I love the old Elizabeth Lowell westerns and have been known to pen the odd contemporary Western novel myself as I just love cowboys, 🙂
I haven’t read any of Goodman’s but I certainly love a good romance…especially if there are cowboys!
I love all of her books especially the Dehany Sister’s trilogy.
Love her books and love this cover!!!!!
My favourite Goodman is the Compass Club series – sorry, can’t pick just one, it’s all four!
Please count me in! 🙂
‘If His Kiss is Wicked’ and ‘Never Love a Lawman’. I can’t decide which one I like better.
I’ve never read a Jo Goodman. As for a western romance, that’s kind of a tough one. The closest story I can remember is Animal Magnetism by Jill Shalvis because it takes place in Idaho, but I wouldn’t really call it a western.
If His Kiss Is Wicked was one of my favorites.
I don’t believe I’ve ever read Jo Goodman so I would love to try. And I’d have to say Lonesome Dove was my favorite western.
too funny!
Ooooh….Jo Goodman. One of my absolutely favoritest ever. For my favorite of my favorite, it’s a tie. Either If His Kiss is Wicked or One Forbidden Evening.
That’s not that I don’t love her Westerns, because I do. And hers is the only Western I’ll read, and only because they’re hers. Oh, the love it is fierce.
A Season to be Sinful, definitely. I love those mistaken identity books!
Wild Sweet Ecstasy-this was one of the first romances I read, and it made me buy more and hide the covers from my mom!
word below-have33, as in I have 33 romances in my to-be read pile right now…
I’ve enjoyed every book I’ve read by Jo Goodman, so it’s hard to choose my favorite, but I’ll go with Marry Me, which was an fabulous book.
Any book with a “hidden” dong is a book worth reading!!!
Love Jo Goodman’s books, favourite might be If His Kiss is Wicked.
I haven’t read any of Jo Goodman’s books yet, but I do enjoy Lorraine Heath’s Texas Destiny. It was passed to me and I enjoy reading it, even though I find some of it quite funny!
