That looks to me like it’s either part of a giant, deformed thumb, or a very mysteriously bundled up, faceless, secret baby.

I’m thinking a really foreshortened rear view of a person’s leg, as they kneel on something white…with the top of the “thumb” as an upturned heel.

By heel, do you mean the bottom of a foot? I see that. If it’s a thumb, it’s a girthy one. Very…bottom heavy.
Foot and a lot of thigh, which suggests to me naked man, which will pretty much make this cover the best ever if I see tushy.
