We stray off topic to voting and politics because… PEEPS.
Peeps vote? I have more in common with Peeps? Seriously. I’m so excited.
Even further aside – how soon until a romance protagonist wins a Peep diorama contest? Because that is TRUE ARTISTIC HEROISM!
[Thanks to Jude for the link.]
How cool!!
I love peep art.
Ooooh! I hadn’t seen that! I love the WaPo’s Peeps dioramas ( http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/gallery/2008/03/21/GA2008032101983.html for anyone who hasn’t seen them ).
I will never think of peeps in the same way again because one of the managers at the place I work was trying to be cool (which is a lost cause for her) by saying her ‘peeps’. She was refering to her ‘people’ but now if she says that I’m going to have like hell not to laugh because I’m going to have this peep image in my head forever.
Go Peeps!
Correction on my last sentence (blame it on no coffee):
When this manager says ‘peeps’, I’m going to have to fight like heckadoodle not to laugh.
I lurve peeps….the jousting…the dioramas…watching them blow up (and even burst into flame) in microwaves….
But this is AWESOME
Again, SB Sarah, thanks for the moring snort of coffee through my nose.
I actually just registered to vote for the first time in nearly 20 years. I think that on November 4th I will celebrate with Peeps and champagne!
Peeps Rule! Peeps for President! Now that’s a ticket I could vote for.
Peeps are everywhere! Although this is in no way related to voting or romance novels, it is book-related (and funny). Enjoy: http://www.millikin.edu/staley/peeps/
The Just Born people live in my neighborhood and their house is one of the most visited on Halloween!
You lucky so-and-so!!! Can I come visit???
That was a genuinely spectacular link-thanks!
Why not run a peeps Romance novel cover diorama contest?
