It’s a new year, don’t you think the slate should be wiped clean and we should be allowed to win titles again? Because I SO KNOW THIS ONE!

I’ve read this book, I know I have, but I can’t remember the title or author, dammit! I’ll have to google it. Not cheating—can’t participate b/c I’ve already got a title…but I still like to see if I can guess the answer.

Elizabeth Bevarly, Baby I’m Yours, Catherine MacPherson
Great blog, by the way! I just found you off a link from MaryJanice Davidson’s blog, and am glad to see that someone is standing up for intelligent women who just happen to enjoy sometimes cheesy romance novels. I thought I was the only one!

MANDY GOT IT! WOO!
(OK, strictly speaking Andersen’s last name is spelled with an E, but I am not one to nitpick that since I’ve spelled that name wrong lots of times in the past, too.)
Smart Bitch title will be awarded once I get home, Mandy!

Whoo-hoooo, Mandy!
For some reason, this book has always stuck in my mind. I do like some of her books, maybe that’s why. I think this one might be on my bookshelves somewhere.
I still think a new year should mean starting over ;)

I’m with you, Angie, even though I knew this story and couldn’t remember the winning details to save my life.
*Sigh* I will content myself with having a title that fits me so well.
Sincerely,
