Wow! And also, Yay! Congrats to my fellow poets, because really, it was an honor just to be nominated! I’d like to thank my parents, for reading to me as a child, and for never, ever saying “Why are you reading that smut when you could be reading classics?” And also to my English teachers who really believed in me and encouraged me during the dark, teenage years. And to my boyfriend and the inspiration I gain from his wood…

I wrote one and had it ready to send, but I had parent stuff to do and by the time I got a chance to get back on the computer commenting was closed. It’s ok though. Saved me from embarrassing myself. It was that bad.
