Tools of Change: The Livestream

I'm there along with a few thousand other people - and I'm really looking forward to the keynotes, including one by LeVar Burton. Burton's keynote begins at about 9:05 (and really, these things are never exactly on schedule).
I'm also very much looking forward to a presentation about library patrons that I am betting might mention romance readers: Public Library Power Patrons Are Your Best Customers: Lessons from Patron Profiles, the Library Journal /Bowker PubTrack Consumer Research Partnership, presented by Barbara A Genco.
