Although I usually steer clear of the “trapped in a blizzard with hermit” scenario, Janice Kay Johnson’s name on the cover was all the enticement I needed to try it. Believably wounded and wary hero, smart treatment of PTSD, interesting supporting cast. Wish I’d kept my copy!
