Well, I think I’d probably go with Spike (being a Buffy fangirl), or possibly, in honour of Sean Bean, Sharpe...or even Spock (what with it being green), but with the American flag it seems like you need an appropriately political name. So I think I’d have to call it Bush, because I really can’t think of a bigger, or more damaging, dick.

OMG HAHAHAHHAHA you are all sooo good at this!!! My fried already has a cactus named Mr. Prickles - which is why I’m going to shy away from those names, though amusing they are! I think I’m going to have to use a couple of the ideas suggested here… he’s obviously going to need a name tag and I’ll have to include some *ahem* Latin (Phallicactus Maximus) and care instructions (not to be taken internally… *snort*) - but I think I’m going to have to go with “Deal Breaker”. Thank you all soo much for your input!!!
