Friday Videos: Only Hasselhoff Can Save Us

Thanks Star Opal. Few things make me giggle harder than David Hasselhoff, a light saber, and a shitload of eyeliner.

Now I feel MUCH better.

Love your site! A small correction: I believe the correct term is guy-liner.

Hasselhoff must be loving YouTube at this point in his career.  Is there a 10-ten most embarrassing videos of Hasselhoff site?  Because there should be.

I think the chick had more eye makeup on than he did, but not by much.

    Good cheese.

    Thanks be to the Hoff.

I just loved the special effects.  They were so top of the line…not!

Speaking of Hofftastic, has anyone seen him in “Jeckyll & Hyde”- the musical? OMG it’s worth sitting through just to see him as Hyde. All the videos are up on youtube.

Oh and did I mention that The Hoff was the main reason the show didn’t last very long on Broadway? LOL

  22. CJ said on 01.19.08 at 10:48 AM • [comment link]

While the “hoff” in Jekyll and Hyde was possibly the worst thing I’ve seen, the musical didn’t fail because of him.
It ran 4 years for over 1500. performances.

I had three thoughts while watching that.

1—DAMN, who turned my speakers up so loud?

    2—What.  The.  FUCK???

    3—...

Although, upon reflection, I believe I’ve come up with one more.

4—How much do you suck if you can’t defeat a robot that is apparently rusted to near-immobility?  Wow.

“It ran 4 years for over 1500. performances.”

I stand corrected. I bet his horrible acting actually helped the sales.

Gosh, I saw that movie when it came out in the theaters.  It was on a blind date - I remember my date got sick and had to run to the restroom.  No, it wasn’t because of the movie, it was probably the spaghetti we’d had for dinner beforehand.

But I digress ... besides Marjoe Gortner, this movie also starred Christopher Plummer, playing the Max von Sydow evil emperor character.  God, he had more acting talent in his little finger than the rest of the cast combined!
