    I saw this a while ago, and it never fails to crack me up.  Mostly because I’m such a techno spaz I can TOTALLY relate to the guy on the right.  Thank goodness I have techno-savvy friends to run to and save myself from complete embarrassment!

    I love this!  I’m a grad student in a Library and Info Studies program, and just last week this video was assigned as a part of our weekly lesson plan.  Our prof surely has a great sense of humor.

    My son works in tech, but he says having to help me all these years taught him the most priceless lesson of all:  patience.

    He told me some of the lawyers he used to work for made me look gifted.

    This is exxaactly like me an my dad (my dad being the one with the book…) I almost sent it to my family, but the sheer accuracy of it might get some feelings hurt. void(0);
