    Hmmm.  Not sure it’s “free” if you have to buy something else.  More like a 30% off sale.

    To respond to the first comment, companies can’t afford to give away something totally free. Remember the KFC debacle?

    This is still a very decent offer.

    I’m chiming in late on this, having been away from the computer for a few days.  I’ve taken advantage of Harlequin’s “Freebie Fridays” a couple of times now, especially since they often offer free shipping if you spend a certain (usually low) amount. Most recently, one of the books I ordered was “Pregnesia,” thanks to Nonnie’s hilarious review here. The freebie book was “Italian Boss, Ruthless Revenge.”  I sent it in a care package to a friend who was recovering from surgery.  She loved it!
