I adored Sarah Mayberry’s ‘novella’ so much! I bawled my eyes out, it was such an emotional story and so gorgeous. Novella? It’s 65,000 words! It’s a really satisfying read and everything the characters did felt true and real to me.
And of course, the ending had me sighing and making goofy grins. Very, VERY happy reader here
I second the Mayberry rec. Perhaps not my fave Mayberry but it’s an emotional and satisfying read. Warning – one of the MCs does have a serious medical condition, and parts are a lttle tear inducing, but the ending is both real and uplifting.
And I really like the new HP cover. When I looked at hq’s site the other day I only saw the older civer style and I was so disapointed. This one’s great.

I had to look at your copy to find out what the title was to The Heart Won’t Lie. Is it called Blaze? Is it called Vicki Lewis Thompson? Is it called Sons of Chance? Is it called The Heart Won’t Lie?

Prince of Secrets isn’t so bad. But, I thought the title was Lucy Monroe at first. Seemed to fit the cover image.
