I agree kkw, I was really expecting Nine Rules to Break to win by a long shot. It was truly one of the best romances that I have EVER read. When Harry Met Molly on the other hand…

Wow- I have to read the Mischief at Mistletoe if it beat out Nine Rules because I completely agree with Izzy- one of the best books I’ve read. Also agree with you 2 that WHMM was not so good.

Wow! I’m excited that the book I reviewed won, and even more excited to see so many good comments about Nine Rules to Break, since I have copy in my TBR pile.

I am so happy that mischief won! The entire time I was reading this book, I was laughing and the characters had excellent chemistry. While I likes Nine Rules, there was some strange sex imagery—there was too much reference to “her sweet rain” and “sipping” at her breasts. If one’s vagina is raining, there is something to be worried about, and if the hero is sipping at the heroine’s breasts, he has some serious Mommy issues.
That being said, I will still continue to read McClean’s books, I just hope they get better.

“When Harry Met Molly” didn’t win? I’m shocked, I tell you, SHOCKED!! And if my review had one little thing to do with it, then I hold my head up with pride. And a big thank you to Sarah for the opportunity to do so.
