Readers enjoy the headstrong heroines nearly as much as the sexy heroes, who all happen to be brothers. A few found a couple of the heroes to be on the verge of alpha-hole territory, but the series seems to be well-enjoyed overall. It has a 4.1-star rating on GoodReads.

About An Improper Arrangement… the chest on the guy looks deformed to me. At the very least he seems to be without a nipple which should be quite visible.

Oldie but goldie- Julie Garwood’s The Bride is $1.94 on Amazon , though none of her other books seem to be similarly priced. So I guess it qualifies as being on sale?
I don’t really know why people say the ending to Suddenly One Summer was “unconventional”. I guess it’s not a full HEA with a wedding/engagement, but they’re certainly talking about marriage and kids in the future, so I felt it was solid enough (and IMO _more_ realistic and sensible to not get engaged after only knowing each other for a couple of months).
