The Girl in the Steel Corset by Kady Cross is 99c at Amazon and $1.49 elsewhere! I could have sworn Carrie S. reviewed this book on the site, but my GoogleFu is turning up nothing. Regardless, this is a steampunk YA novel with some mystery and romantic elements. A few readers found it to be pretty boring while many loved the League of Extraordinary Gentleman-esque cast of characters. You can also grab all four books in this series for less than $7!

Fated by Rebecca Zanetti is $2.99! It also seems to be a price-matched Kindle Daily Deal! This is a paranormal romance with what seems to be a marriage of convenience trope. Some readers thought the plot was a but over the top, while others said they couldn’t put this one down. It’s the first book in the Dark Protectors series and has a 3.9-star rating on Goodreads.

It’s also the first in the Primal World Instinct series. Readers though the hero was a bit of a jerk, but loved the world that Byrd created. Have you read this one?

Essentially, her blood type brings all the vamps to the yard. Some readers mentioned have difficulties with the writing, while others absolutely loved the heroine.
