Boston Meetup

RedHeadedGirl and Amanda are hosting a Boston Area meetup on Saturday, December 6th!

We will be at the Bestseller’s Cafe in Historic Medford Square, 24 High Street, Medford, MA 02155, from 3-5pm, and we hope to see the New England contingent of the Bitchery there! If you don’t own a car, like many of us in the Boston metro area, the cafe is accessible by the 94, 95, 96, 101, and 134 bus lines.

Bestseller’s Cafe is an adorable independent bookstore and cafe with coffee and sandwiches and really tasty baked goods.  Come on by, bring some knitting (if you want), and there might even be some giveaways.

The store closes at 5pm, so if we are all having just WAY TOO MUCH FUN, we will move on to the after party.

Yet another reason why someone needs to invent beaming right now. Think of all the things we could do, places we could go, people we could meet if we could just get there. And no weather delays!

Have a wonderful time, Boston people.

  2. SB Sarah says:

I made arrangements to be there – so expect extra Bitches. 🙂

  3. Sonali Dev says:

Gaaa! I’m going to be in Andover that day and I just found out it’s 20 miles from Medford. Must try and get out there.

  4. Redheadedgirl says:

@Sonali, Medford Square is right off of 93. We hope to see you there!

  5. Sue C says:

Y’all, I am SO EXCITE for this. (I moved to Boston from CA the week before the CA SBTB Meet-up, and was extremely cranky about missing it. This will be a make-up meet-up!) Thanks for picking a place reasonably reachable by public transit. See you in a few weeks!

  6. Celia Marsh says:

Totally unrelated to the meetup (which I will probably be at since it’s so close), but ever since that memorable HABO with the phrase ‘ladyparts town” I find “Forget it Jake, it’s Ladyparts-town.” is stuck in my head, with very few (no) chances to say it.

  7. Janhavi says:

Ok, this is only 10 miles from my place, so clearly I should come. So, I will probably see you all there.

  8. Audra North says:

OMG. I am going to try to make my entire family return early from New Hampshire so that I can make this. My kids can totally deal with seeing Santa for a mere five minutes before making the three-hour drive back home. I’ll just tell them it’s quality, not quantity, and I’m sure they’ll be cool with it.

  9. Jackie Horne says:

Just marked it down on my calendar. Now just have to remember to look at my calendar on the day in question…

  10. I live 10 minutes from there. I’ll drive over to meet the bitches. After all, I am a bitch.

  11. Zyfsv says:

    Count me in!
