Romance Novel Reader Workout XIII

burly bicep holding stack of booksIf you made a fitness resolution for 2014, we here at the Hot Pink Palace are here for you. Remember last year's romance reader workouts? We are BACK. With MORE WORKOUTS. You ready? Because it's time to get booky and sweaty!

Like the previous workouts, can do all these exercises with a mat and your own body. No handweights are needed unless you want to use some. Grab your latest romance and prepare to work!

Standard disclaimers still apply: dude, I'm really really not a physician. I don't even play one on tv. I can recommend books to read but I can't discern your state of health or your physical limitations so by all means work hard but be kind to yourself. To put it another way, ask your doctor before beginning any exercise regimen.

I can give you the following advice, however: drink plenty of water and read plenty of books.

Did you think we’d forgotten about you? Not a chance. Grab the romance you’re reading. If any of the following items occur, do the corresponding exercise. Then, after you finish a chapter, do that activity again.</p>
<p>He notices her legs:					     1 min. wall sit<br />
He immediately thinks about how 	they’d fit wrapped around his waist: 25 squats<br />
He notices her breasts and his<br />
        mouth starts watering: 			     20 push ups</p>
<p>He notices her lips and wants to know if<br />
	they are as soft as they look:		     50 skaters</p>
<p>He kisses her and she tastes like<br />
	heaven/sweetness/both:	     		     25 side lunges</p>
<p>He goes down on her and she tastes like<br />
	heaven/sweetness/both:   	           15 jump squats</p>
<p>He usually went for women with ____<br />
	but her ____, though not ____<br />
	were just about perfect:			     1 min plank</p>
