    I read The Rosie Project. How could you not? And The Raider? Good gravy, waaaaaaaaay back when it was released. The first time. And look what I found when I tried to Google just how many years that was:

    My original 1963 bouffant Barbie is ripping her bodice as we speak.

    DonnaMarie, there’s some excellent commentary on the Raider Barbie and Ken doll set somewhere on this site. Look for it – you’ll enjoy it!

    @Julie M. I love how it’s portrayed differently depending on where you find it. The Barbie site has them posed in a swept of her feet romance pose, but my search also brought up the ebay and Barnes and Noble who them posed in a more traditional bodice ripper pose. Which is probably all mentioned in the posting you mentioned, but it certainly cheered up my Sunday morning.

    All the posing is SO FUN. Especially from people who have undressed them and used them in other vignettes.
