Parasite - teal blue pills in a red bubble pack with the title and author up the middleI have a hardcover copy of Mira Grant's Parasite, which just got All the Praise from Carrie and RedHeadedGirl.

Would you like to have it? Yes? Ok, then!

Enter below (it's a CopterRaffle week this week, but this won't be the only way I do giveaways, I promise) and I'll pick a winner at random on Friday 1 November at 12pm, and send them this lovely hardcover book (seriously, this book is very good-looking. I'd buy it many drinks in a bar).

Standard disclaimers apply: void where prohibited. Open to international residents where permitted by applicable law. Must be over 18 and somewhat squicked by tapeworms. Close cover before striking. Tag may only be removed by owner. Han shot first. I want my hat back. The name “Jason” came form the first letters of July, August, September, October, November. No, it really didn't, but I like to pretend so.

Very squicked indeed by the tapeworm matter, but cautiously interested (particularly if I don’t need to pay for it).

I feel I am meant to read this book, whether I win it or buy it. You see, as a child, I wrote a limerick about tapeworms and I am so inspired to see the tradition of tapeworms in literature continue.

There once was a tapework from St. Pete
who had ten shoes but no feet
So he sold all his footwear
    and moved to Dover, Delaware
where he lived in a woman who was petite

Thanks for the draw. I’ll buy it if I don’t win because I love Mira Grant/ Seanan Mcguire.
