   Oh, great.  So one of those millions and millions of black holes swallows a star—our sun, say—and that’s curtains for the TBR pile.

   Once we get close to being swallowed by a black star, it would distort the geometry of our solar system. It’s way more likely that we’d freeze to death/burn to death/be crushed by the gravitational forces before the sun was actually swallowed.

   So it’s all good.

   Thanks Azteclady—I hadn’t thought about these remixes in a while, and this reminded me. I’ve spent the last little while re-listening to all of them.

   I really do love melodysheep. I think I’ve watched all of their science remixes, and they’re one of the few things I actually subscribe to on YouTube.

   But I think my favorite remix they’ve ever done was the William Shatner turkey frying PSA one. The “dingle-dangle” line always makes me giggle way too much.

   OMG I don’t know how I missed the Shatner Turkey dingle dangle remix when it first came out. Why am I always the last one????
   I almost died laughing. Who knew turkey frying could sound so dirrrrrrrrrrty…
