Friday Videos Love New Zealand Song Parodies

This video comes from New Zealand, and was sent to me by Maree Anderson, who says:

You can only imagine the hoohah this parody of Blurred Lines caused in little ole New Zealand *g* It even made the evening news.

It’s called “Defined Lines” and the lyrics are written by the three Auckland Uni students who also star in the vid.

Maree also sent the link to the news coverage in New Zealand. This was part of the university's law students revue, one of many skits produced for the event. Says Maree, “I’m stoked that my daughter is planning on going to Auckland Uni. If that’s the kind of female influence that abounds there then it’s gotta be a good thing.”

I hope your weekend is filled with cleverness, parody, and really good ice cream. And possibly also New Zealand. Because NZ is cool!
