Just a gratuitous recommendation for Anna Cowan’s gorgeous novel – if you like unconventional gender norms in your romance – not to mention a hero who spends most of the book wearing a dress and looking gorgeous in it – I think you will really enjoy this.
(Disclaimer: Anna is a good friend of mine, but I’d have enjoyed this book anyway – it reminds me a little of georgette Heyer, a little of Ellen Kushner, and a lot of how much I love it when someone subverts the conventions)
