Romance Novel Reader Workout X

burly bicep holding stack of booksTime for another romance reader workout! You ready? I know many of you were overindulging at RT, so it's time to get back on the exercise wagon. 

Like the last few workouts, can do all these exercises with a mat and your own body. No handweights are needed unless you want to use some. Grab your latest romance and prepare to work out like working has never been outed before.

Standard disclaimers still apply: dude, I'm still not a physician. I can recommend books to read but I can't discern your state of health or your physical limitations so by all means work hard but be kind to yourself. To put it another way, ask your doctor before beginning any exercise regimen.

Drink plenty of water and read plenty of books. Both are good for you. Especially the books. They make excellent weights, especially the hardcovers!

You know what to do: grab your book & play along! If your book meets the following conditions, do the corresponding exercise. Then, after you finish a chapter, do that activity again.</p>
<p>He has an evil ex: 					     25 arm circles<br />
Another woman wants him - also evil:     1 min 										high knees<br />
The other woman always wears heels:      25 crunches</p>
<p>Other people, small animals, and	children instinctively avoid her:	     2 min wall sit<br />
The heroine is a mousy bookworm:    	     25 burpees<br />
She’s beautiful, everyone stares, and	she has no idea, of course:		     25 side leg lifts</p>
<p>The hero can sense her hidden passion:   1 min. plank</p>
<p>She’s a kinky freak in the bed,<br />
	but	only with him:			     	     25 squats<br />
Being on top has never occurred to her:   25 lunges<br />

 

Expect your new workout to leave you a little breathless possibly from laughing. I'm building future workouts on all the best romance cliches, because reading and exercising are great companions.     Oh those other women! They are ALWAYS evil, of course. I just read three books in a row that completely fit into this workout! If only I’d known sooner, I’d be in the best shape of my life!

    Totally not on topic post:  I’ve just noticed a new trend in male cover models—shirts!  I was frankly drooling over the cover of Lori Foster’s Bare it All.  Lovely shoulders, tight Tshirt, slight frown, dimpled chin.  Yummm.  Then Erin McCarthy’s True caught my eye.  Also, Yummm.  THEN, M Malone’s covered cover for One More Day.  Hey, new trend.  I LUV me some clothed heroes.  I’m tired, tired of waxed smooth man-titty.

    @Joy – yes! Tight shirts, and a nipple that looks ready to break through like the Hulk. This nipple CANNOT BE CONTAINED! I agree completely – I’m tried of waxed and shiny man titty, too. Never did it for me.
