A few books on sale today! You ready! Ok, I'll wait…. NOW are you ready? Ok, then!
When You Give a Duke a Diamond is .99c as part of Sourcebooks' daily deal in December. I was thinking about downlaoding this one based on the strong reviews, but one review indicated that it might contain one of my OhHellNos (abuse/harm of animals) so I decided not to. But if you enjoyed this book, please do share in the comments!
William, the sixth Duke of Pelham, enjoys his punctual. securely structured life. Orderly and predictable—that's the way he likes it. But he's in the public eye, and the scandal sheets will make up anything to sell papers. When the gossips link him to Juliette, one of the most beautiful and celebrated courtesans in London, chaos doesn't begin to describe what happens next…
Juliette is nicknamed the Duchess of Dalliance, and has the cream of the nobility at her beck and call. It's seriously disruptive to have the duke who's the biggest catch on the Marriage Mart scaring her other suitors away. Then she discovers William's darkest secret and decides what he needs in his life is the kind of excitement only she can provide….

Ok, first, this anthology, currently priced at $2.99, about three angels named Shirley, Goodness, and Mercy. This totally makes me grin. And I'm tempted by one of the reviews that says one of the protagonists helped by one of the angels is Jewish. DUN DUN DUNNN. This might be my first Macomber novel.
When irrepressible angels Shirley, Goodness, and Mercy set out for the City of Angels to grant three rush Christmas prayer requests, they are sure they can help without resorting to, er, divine intervention. But they soon find it will take more than one miracle to teach their precious lessons of love—as well as make three special holiday dreams come true!

Shirley, Goodness, and Mercy are hilarious. Think of three elder small town women who like gossip and to match make. 🙂
You wicked enabler, you!
Can someone tell me why the Sherryl Woods prices aren’t showing up right? Am I missing something? Had the same problem with a few of the Tessa Dare books the other day… All Romance and Kobo aren’t showing them on sale…
@Phaenarete, you’re not doing anything wrong. The Woods book is on sale at Amazon, none of the other stores have it on sale.
Oh, crapmagnets. I know the A, BN, and iB links work, but sometimes it takes a few hours for the price to drop at ARe. But if Woods is Amazon exclusive, I’ll take it off. I’m sorry.
Dangnabbit. Sorry about that y’all.
I just bought “Upon A Winter’s Eve”, a Tessa Dare novella, still on sale for 87 cents! It’s part of the Spindle Cove series.
Can anyone comment on the OhHellNo? It’s one of mine, too, but I do like Shana Galen…
I bought the book last night and was going to save it. But for my bitches, I suppose I can make the sacrifice of moving it to the top of the pile 🙂
Thanks everyone! I bought the Tessa Dare novella too!
